My boyfriend immediately taken out without cause and questioned. I was placed in the back of the cop car and I'm so grateful the gentlemen were kind. My car was searched and I was made to feel less as my history of being an ulta member was there. The staff is very incompetent and it's so sad to see this world has not overcome the generational division. My boyfriend owns multiple businesses and I am blessed to say I have a career in finance. I wanted my hair pulled to the side with big curls and it ended up looking a bit undone. I think she probably would be better with older ladies hair, but not as experienced with the younger looks. Definitely would go back for makeup application, but I think I'd try William Edge for updos as their staff seems a bit more up to date on styles, etc.

The injector had zero bedside manner. I tried telling him what I liked and didn't. He did not care to hear what I had to say. They are refusing the waive the second charge and overall the entire experience has left me feeling very taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place. Bizarrely they did not charge me upfront as they typically do (I assumed due to the reasons above) but sent me a text with the balance due later. Unprofessional and disappointing.
