They offer waters at the front and theyre really sweet and talk you through everything to make you feel comfortable. I was pretty nervous for the lips, but the assured me they use medical grade numbing cream and their own patented needles that are smaller than standard. Let me tell you, the numbing cream was great and i barely felt anything. They also offer a stress ball just in case you need it. The Xeomin was super easy and quick and I barely felt anything - with no numbing required. After my appointment they offered to schedule me for a complimentary facial. I was originally going to turn down because I live almost 2 hours away, but I accepted since it was complimentary. My facial was yesterday, and it was my first experience, but it was really nice. My aesthetician Rachel was super sweet and we had great convos during. Highly recommend all of these services and all of the staff as they're all super welcoming and nice!
