In addition to my surgery, Dr. Brought personally performs injections instead of having a nurse or another injector do it and that makes me feel like I am in the best hands and getting the most out of what I am looking for. I'm a very grown adult. I asked for brown, Carol said we have to do black. She doesn't like how brown fades. I asked for a thick, rounded arched line, Carol told me my eyelids wouldn't hold it. I ended up with a thin black line in a shape that's almost square, not round/arched like I was hoping for. It changes a lot about your look to have eyeliner with sharp edges on your eyes. I am really sad. But at that point it's a tattoo on your face. What can you do! It will need to be fixed by a different person. The worst part is Carol kept my $200 deposit to put toward a "future appointment" and still charged me full price on the day of the service. That's a terrible scammy business practice. I don't want a future appointment. So I'm just out of luck. She stole $200. Shame on you Carol. Listen to your clients! You may not like brown, it's my face! You should know by looking if you can't perform the service as requested. You behaved very cavalierly with someone else's money and eyes.

She greeted us at the door and escorted us in the room which was gorgeous. Very calm and soothing with plants, beautiful decor, calm music and it smelled great. It felt as we knew Sheron! We talked about getting older, music, spa things, products, etc. It was like hanging with a friend who does your brows. She did explain what she was doing with my friend and addressed her concerns and answered questions. I LOVED the result of the brow tint and wax and thought she did a beautiful job, I will be back for Sheron to do mine! We were given a 3-4 week away appointment. (No empathy shown from staff. ) This inevitably caused a lot of tears and hopelessness due to the state of our baby and the powerlessness we felt in the situation. Thank God we were advised by a lactation consultant to go to Dr. Baxter in Birmingham! (Sounds like a crazy drive but it isn't and is worth it plus June coffee company is there.) He has emergency appointments RESERVED for parents like us and prioritizes us due to the gravity of the situation. Also... Dr. Baxter just so happens to have written the book on best practices, TongueTied. He also prays over the patient/fam before laser surgery. Truly beautiful PLEASE go where your child will be valued and receive top level of care!

We spent thousands of dollars and did months of treatments all to be cast aside when we started to ask questions and asked for next steps because we weren't seeing results. Go see UP pediatric dentistry or just do a little more digging-there's a bunch of places that will do a much better job. Trust is built in drops and lost in buckets.
