For starters when I arrived at my appointment, the lash tech did not even ask what I wanted, and was very dismissive. When I offered to show her a picture, she brushed it off. Upon starting she did not even wash my lashes. She continued to put them on without cleaning or anything. When we concluded the appointment, she said "look in the mirror" without even offering me a mirror as I was laying down. I did not have my contacts in. I went up and paid, got home and put my contacts in and it was nothing like I asked for all of the extensions were the same size, like a foot long. I called back to ask to get a refund because I leave for my HONEYMOON of all things tomorrow and they were unable to do any kind of refund. Trust me, look elsewhere - scheduling errors, bad customer service, rundown environment, and low-quality lash lift - I called and scheduled five lash lift appointments for a fun girls' weekend. - The week before our appointment, I received a call from the manager. She said the receptionist had mistakenly booked 2 out of the 5 appointments on the wrong Friday. The entire weekend I had initially scheduled was now unavailable. - There is no direct line to the studio. When you call, you leave a voicemail requiring the studio to call back. I have been a member of this studio for 6 weeks now and so far, I have been very satisfied. The place is clean and everyone has treated me with respect. Don't forget this is a luxury service. It is important to understand that at all times. Our lashes naturally fall out, we all rub our eyes from time to time, fall asleep on our faces, and have oils on our hands as well as in our beauty products. I recommend being as diligent as possible in using oil-free products, not touch your eyes, and sleep on your back . For me, these three things have helped prolong the time my lashes remain attached. Matthen has been my technician for the first set of services I have had here (my initial set and 1st fill) and I have been thrilled with his work and will continue to book my appointments with him. He's professional, considerate, and thorough. Re: my experience, it's SO GREAT!!! It's so easy to get up and go with these lashes and feel fabulous. It's the added element I need for make-up free days to feel put together and beautiful. BONUS: my husband thinks they're so sexy he's not even upset about the fact that I'm getting them. Additional information: I wear contacts and glasses. I do experience some mild irritation when they're being applied and the occasional moment during the day when I feel like they're not sitting right. All in all, just don't be naive or uninformed! My first appointment I ever made was cancelled suddenly on the day of. Finally got in to have my lash extension full set put in and the day after, I had lashes fall out. I called to ask if this was normal and was told your lashes should fall out throughout the 2 weeks before I need to go in for a fill. Wouldn't give me an answer if having lashes fall out within the first 24 hours of getting them was normal. My lash tech was very nice and did a good job. I'm dissatisfied with how well they have held up. It's been exactly a week and I can count on one hand how many lashes are left. I have called and complained and they told me to email pictures of my lashes and I did and they told me they "look full". I know nothing about lashes but I have eyes and can see they are NOT FULL. I have less than 50% of the lashes left a week later. I haven't used makeup, I sleep on my back, I used the kit they gave me and here we are. Do not go to amazing lash! My stylist no longer worked at the salon and I was unrightfully charged for missing an appointment I no longer had. I tried calling 4 times and every time I was told a manager would get back with me, but no one ever did. I had an employee even argue with me saying I was never charged. I have also tried to cancel my membership and I have gotten no response. I have tried to cancel my membership and I was charged for lashes when the studio is closed. I have been messaging trying to get any sort of refund with no response. The management is horrible. If I could give them less stars I would. Terrible experience, they don't care about you. I book 3 weeks out and get called a few hours before my appointment and told my stylist called out and it just sucks to be me but they will reschedule me for a later date. Like most people I book my personal appointments around my work schedule so a few hours notice does me no good. If it was once or twice life happens HOWEVER it's a regular thing and its more likely my appointment will be cancelled on me then I'll get a refill. Giving one star for the Assistant manager. I called this store early this morning to cancel my appointment due to a doctors appointment. The person that answered at this time, was the Manager of this location. After explaining what's going on, and thinking I could be worked with... she absolutely ignored what I was saying and proceeded to tell me that it's policy to still charge me 50% of the appointment for same day cancellation. I again explained that I had no control over having to make a last minute appointment and I did not want to be charged for an appointment I can't make. Again, she ignored that. She told me she would see if my appointment could be replaced so I wouldn't be charged, if not.. I would be charged. She told me she would call me back whether or not she was able to find someone to replace my appointment. 8 hours later.. I never got a call back from her. I ended up having to call this location. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was very sweet, and I told her exactly what I told the manager this morning. She said she didn't know why it wasn't waived because it was definitely a circumstance that fell under being able to waive the charge. She called the district manager just to make sure it was okay, called within 5 minutes to let me know the district manager agreed and they were waiving the fee. This manager of this location seems like she doesn't know the "policy" so ever so stood by. Not a responsible, trustworthy manager in my book. I have had mostly unpleasant experiences with eyelash extensions here. The last time I visited I got a full set of very crunchy eyelashes, on April 24th, and as they grew out the extensions pulled out my natural lashes. As you can see from the photo, the application was very poorly executed and I was told I was getting a master eyelash technician. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. She put hand sanitizer on my EYELIDS. It burned and I asked her what she was doing, I couldn't believe it when she told me it was hand sanitizer. My eyelid was raw and burned for days after. As you can see from the photo, one extension attached to several lashes and pulling them out as they grow....don't go here unless you enjoy clumpy lashes that pull on your eyelids. I realized some were actually glued to my waterline when I got home. I have put coconut oil on these several times to get them off and they still all haven't come off after almost 6 weeks. I don't even trust them enough to go back and have them removed. Buyer beware! read more

Amy was the one that did my lashes. This was my first time and was an overall really good experience. She did take the full 2 hours which is completely fine. I appreciate that she took her time. Also it has been almost 2 weeks and I have had only a little fall out so probably won't need a fill for another week or so. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because they don't clean your lashes before they apply extensions. They offer you a chance to go clean your lashes yourself in the bathroom and they provide lash cleaner for you in there. I am not an expert on how to make sure my lashes are clean enough for extensions so I thought that was weird. Other than that though it was great and I will be back again. read more

Wish I had read these reviews before I put myself through 3 lash stylist and about 5 appointments! I had an incredible lash stylist Lauren in Dallas Las Colinas and was very happy for 2 years she was fantastic and I was happy. Then this nightmare- I moved to the Franklin area in June 2018 and tried for 3 months at this location to see if they could get it right. The service by Jodi was just fair. Everyone smells like smoke. My 3rd appointment was a nightmare. This new girl was eating and food next to me. Then after 20 min She removed the eye pads and CONTINUED to apply lashes. I knew what was going to happen when she asked me to open my eyes. Yep...all stuck to the bottom lashes. Then she proceeded to dry my lashes for 10 min! I was charged for a full hour refill with only 20 min spent on applying them and about 10 min trying to unstick them and 10 min drying. I canceled my membership last October and transferred my 3 unused refills to a friend in Texas. It took 4 months to grow my lashes out to normal. I now only wear strip lashes when I want more volume. I'd never go back to Franklin Cool Springs. The 1 Star I give is for the liquid liner I bought from the location. read more

Customer service at this location is bare minimum. Essentially there was an appointment booked at this location online which I got an appointment remind yesterday morning, I knew that I didn't want this appointment so I was sure to call and cancel at 10:23 AM. A guy answered and verified that no appointment was scheduled and that is was just a mishap on their appointment reminders. I was happy and hung up. This morning I get a voicemail stating that I was a no call no show. Obviously I'm annoyed, I called and a trainee picks up the call, states that "I will have to pay the no call no show fee or I will not be able to make appointments here" so I spoke to the assistant manager after because I'm mad obviously at this point. Assistant manager waves the fee but expresses that "I need to make sure to cancel my appointments if I know I can't make them".. Make sure YOUR team is consistent and knows that what they are saying is factual because I did in fact call yesterday morning to do just that. UPDATE: I completely did call the wrong location, the man who answered the phone also called and left a voicemail explaining to me what happened. Which I really appreciate the follow up! Still wish the assistant manager was a little bit more understanding since I know nobody knew this until they looked BUT my apologies for the mishap!!!! read more

I have been a member in multiple cities and have always had consistently great stylists. However the post-Covid staffing challenges have really taken this place down. I'm only leaving a review in hopes that the business takes this seriously and works harder to hire good people. It has been a constant revolving door of staff. Literally a person will make an appointment for me and quit that afternoon before I arrive! And of course no one knows why appointments are not on the books. I have had so many cancellations and bad scheduling. Their stylists are all so new and inexperienced. I hope they get it together at some point. They lost me as a customer. read more

This was my first time getting lashes and it didn't start out well but ended well. I had a stylist who was very qualified but she had an off day (everyone does) and my lashes were stuck together in places. I asked if someone could look at them and give me their opinion and that person was Mende. She didn't say anything negative about the other stylist which was very classy, then made an appointment for me to come back and took them all off and replaced the entire set and, WOW!!! She made a believer out of me. I love my lashes and I adore Mende. She was fun to talk to and is an expert at what she does. If it weren't for her, I don't know that I would have braved the lash salon again. Thank you Mende for winning me over and being so kind. You're an absolute treasure. I've been a customer for quite a while and I love my stylist. She does an excellent job every time. But I'm often disappointed at the front desk ladies. My package includes two 1-hr refills a month. Today, I went to the studio for my refil and was charged for a full 2-hr set. I asked why and the front desk lady said that's what she had booked in her schedule. A two hour full set in an hour. How is this even possible? I'm extremely upset and I feel cheated. But the manager was there (Kristen I believe) and she surely ignored my concern and charged me for a full set. I almost canceled my membership today. And I wanted to post this all over the internet. But before I take any action, I'm trying to reach the right party and get this addressed properly. The initial set is extremely affordable. I was happy with the outcome and joined the monthly membership so I could maintain the look. The problem with this is, you can NEVER get an appointment unless you book weeks ahead. Unfortunately, I have a life and my work schedule doesn't allow for this. When I signed up, I was told that they were hiring additional technicians and getting appointments shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't have signed up otherwise. Every time I try to make an appointment, I'm told they are in the process of hiring and appointments will be opening up in the near future. I wish my life could be scheduled two/three weeks out, but as a busy working mom of three, it's almost impossible. read more

If I could give a 3.5 I would. I've had lashes before so I knew what to expect. I can't remember my girls name but she was okay. She had an issue with taping my bottom lashes down which was a tad painful in an annoying way and really distracting for her. A girl across the hall was SCREAMING in pain which getting her eyelashes removed and my tech had to go help as hers was MIA. After that my anxiety was high and I had another 30 minutes left. The first time price is unbeatable and their hours and location is convenient so I may try one more time for a fill. I didn't get a sales pitch, didn't get an introduction to any products they were selling (I was slightly interested), and didn't get any explanation on care. If I try again I will update. read more

I booked the appointment online several days in advance. The morning before the appointment, I received a text message confirming my appointment and I responded appropriately to confirm. The afternoon before the appointment, I received a call asking me for a credit card to hold the appointment in accordance with their cancellation policy. It seemed odd that they would call less than 24 hours ahead of the appointment for a credit card when that was not mentioned at any point in the process, and it wasn't requested at the time of booking; neither was I asked to call in to give one or advised that I would be receiving such a call. When I refused and advised that they could cancel the appointment, the lady told me that I could call and rebook in the morning for a same day service with no credit card required. Like...what?! Then why not just hold the appointment as it was?! In a time of fraud and abuse, this process is broken. It's a no for me. read more
