Why only two stars? If yesterday at 2:00 PM the doctor called in two prescriptions and today only one is ready, I think that merits two stars. A few minutes ago drove to the drive in window to pick up the medications and was told I'd have to wait 15 more minutes. I had to be somewhere else at the time. Now, I have to drive back over there again. When it takes 24 hours to fill my prescription, especially when I need it now, I believe my the rating in justified. This isn't the first time Walgreens has taken a long time to fill a prescription for me. Previously, I have had to wait four or five hours from the time the prescription was called in before it was ready for pickup. The only reason I use Walgreens is because TRICARE works with only two pharmacies---Walgreens and CVS. Walgreens is closer to my house than CVS. read more

The pharmacist was kind and helpful. I went during a time when the store was not very busy, so the wait was not too long for the prescriptions. Also got a couple of other things in the store and the cashier was friendly and helped me get signed up for the rewards program, which saved me a few dollars. read more

Pharmacy very judgemental on opioid prescriptions. Will call you and introgate you about your usage and dosage. After a told fusion of my lumbar it is not up to the pharmacist to drill me to divulge my HIPA information to get them to understand my condition. I am aware of the opiod issues and don't need to be interrogated. read more

Due to emergency situations and surgery we had the opportunity to utilize Walgreens at Walgreens Pharmacy 6016 S 1550 E South Ogden, UT 84405 imagine our surprise when we delivered the scripts and were told it's against the "LAW" to accept paper scripts from ERs or Surgical centers. They didn't offer to provide any type of customer service to accept them and call the facilities involved to verify the scripts. The pharmacy staff made it sound like we were the problem since we didn't know the law. We contacted both the facilities involved and were told that yes Walgreens was the only pharmacy following this new regulation. we took the script next door and it was filled in a few hours, the pharmacist even said, he had to call to verify but it was all good. Imagine, someone using customer service to earn my business. It could have been Walgreens but it wasn't. read more

I reserve my bad reviews for really messed up instances. this one qualifies. I recognize the pharmacists at Walgreens are treated like slave labor. but that support of staff extends to lack of support for customers. The misses and I attempted to schedule our annual flue shots together same a drivel the pharmacists suggestion was to have a seat and wait 30 minutes with my wife for my shot time following her shot. I'm sure it's the pharmacists attempt at push back. it worked. we went to smiths and had our prescriptions moved as well. good by Walgreens, we will miss you. well not really. read more

We just came from this Walgreens in South Ogden and I never experienced such horrible customer service. My stepdaughter was looking in the health and beauty section and my youngest daughter was looking at the toys. As I walked to the counter I looked at how the sales associate was looking at my children. I did not appreciate the look she was giving them as if she was irritated that they were in the store. Then she asked if we were done in a condescending tone. I told her no as my husband was looking for batteries. She was just a very unpleasant sales associate and rude. read more

I visited Walgreens pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I noticed that the pharmacy had just closed for lunch. I saw a pleasant looking young lady at the "consultation" window looking in my general direction. I approached her and said, "I know you are closing for lunch, but could I just ask you a quick question about the flu shots you offer. She responded with a smile, "Sure. What is your question? ". Just as we were concluding a very brief and cordial conversation, out of the corner of my eye I saw a man with an angry expression on his face quickly walking up from behind the lady from the interior of the pharmacy. In a very authoritative tone he demanded that I leave immediately. I explained to him that I had been given permission to speak to the kind lady. This seemed to anger him even more. In a loud voice he demanded that I leave immediately. I requested his name. "I'm Richard!", he angrily responded. As our encounter was becoming increasingly heated, I decided to leave Richard to enjoy his successful display of dominance over a well meaning 77 year old customer. The customer service at this pharmacy is awful. If I accidentally show up one day early to get my prescription they often become condescending and rude, and talk to me like I'm a junkie. Company policy is way more strict than state law, yet they use that as their excuse. I have to nearly run out of my medication before I'm allowed to fill my next prescription. Which adds the complication of not being able to go to the doctor every fourth Wednesday (which in my mind is once a month?). I have to factor in how many days are in the month and count individual days to make sure I'm not coming in 29 days after my last refill. read more

Hmph! I'll be staying away from this Walgreens location, from now on. Troy, the store manager is (for lack of a more eloquent word) a jerk. The word(s): customer service are not in his vocabulary. And his employees follow suit. No one wants to help (let alone, can help) with store patrons. Checking out is a chore! Finding things around the store? You're on your own. And forget about using the photo lab. I had an order of invitations that were completely off-color. Nothing was done to correct their error. Also, the cleanliness of the store has really gone downhill. The pharmacy is slow in filling prescriptions. Painfully slow! Like I said... I won't go back to this location. read more

Horrible customer service! I called and was told my Prescription would be ready for pickup at 11:00 AM on a Friday. Showed up at 5:30pm and was told my insurance needed Dr. authorization or it wouldn't cover it. Docs are gone now and I'm without meds till Monday. read more

Used the photo studio here to print pictures from my phone. The kiosks work great and the associate was very helpful in ensuring the customers were able to get the product they needed from start to finish. The kiosk informed once I was done ordering my prints that they would be ready after an hour and a half. The associate insisted that he could get them ready right away and stopped what he was doing to help me out. He also corrected and cropped some of the photos I ordered which turned out great. read more
