Before I could ask for the exchange or credit the cashier bluntly stated "we can't accept that because it was opened". Their return policy on the receipt states "product must be in original condition and package (With all tags attached) for returns/exchanges."' No where does it states that the packages couldn't be opened. Exactly how are you to know if the product is correct if you don't open the package. I'm not a beautician and clearly this was my error. However, the product was not used and we put in it right back in the original package with all of the tags. Wasn't worth arguing with her about it. They just lost a customer that's all.

I usually have to run around the parking lot looking for a cart cuz there are none in the store cart area or outside cart area. Also, the cashiers never ask if you wanna put your phone number in for sales and a couple of weeks ago I bought a cart full of stuff, when I actually found a cart far off in the parking lot, and the whole time the cashier never said anything to me about putting my phone number in. At every other store, they usually make sure you put your number in. Its the first thing that pops up on the pin pad but not at dollar general, you have to ask to put your phone number in and thats also how digital coupons are done. She finished ringing up my big order and I had already put the bags in my cart and paid when I realized I didn't put my phone number in and I had bought a lot of things on sale. The cashier told me there was nothing she could do about it and then she called, "Next!", for the next customer in line...trying to push me out of there. At shoprite or any other grocer that you can use your phone number...if you forget to put it in, you can show them and they will adjust what you paid for. Its a shame cuz they have good products at low prices but they don't even have enough space at checkout to handle a cart full of items.

DONATION CENTER REVIEW ONLY:…read more This week, I stopped by the Goodwill in Stratford to drop off some donations at their center. This was my first time dropping off at this location. Overall, it was an easy process with the self-service receipt kiosks. The donation center is around the back of the building. Drive towards the left side of the building (you'll see the car wash in the next lot). Drive until you see the bay with the hanging plastic dividers. Once you get closer, you'll see handwritten signs and know you're in the right place. The self-service kiosks are to your right once you enter. This is a huge store/processing center, so there are a lot of workers there and they are busy. When I got there though, I still got assistance from someone (which I was grateful for). I haven't checked out the store in the front yet, but it's on my to-do! (Thrift store lover for life)
