I'm sick of this place. I live around the corner & this is where I used to go. They hired some lady instead of me who can't even bag drinks up properly. My drinks went across the store right after paying for them. It took the workers like 30 seconds before helping me out. I was annoyed so I said "son of a bitch" and that's when the workers realized I needed help. I can't stand for this shit. I used to be an ASM in retail & wish I could be there doing a better job. Scheduled a flu vax and as usual long wait anyway, then pharmacist (Daniel) talked me into an additional vax which I argued bc I'd had it before but he said it was a new thing so I got it then found out from google and my doctor that I did not need it. Pathetic! read more

Per usual, the pharmacy was a total disaster. Doctors office called a script in. It was supposed to be ready in an hour. I called before I went to pick it up because I know better. Pharmacy said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited more than an hour to go get it. Arrived and was told TOMORROW!! That was waiting in line behind a bunch of people wanting vaccines. Worst pharmacy! NEVER have scripts ready when they say they will. They text you and say it will be ready by 1:30pm the next day. At 8:00pm, the next day....still not ready! Happens all the time. Plus, some of the staff are quite rude...very snippy. Poor customer service! Not going back again....transferring all my meds, even if the cost is higher elsewhere. read more

Slowest drive through ever created. It's more like drive-in for a 20 minute visit and this is with no one ahead of you. This is the best Walgreens in the area mind you with easy access in and out of the lot. Pharmacy staff are ok but clearly customer service training is not of any importance to any of them. This particular Walgreens has everything! We needed snacks, diapers, alcohol, a drum set (!to join drum circle on public beach ), print photos and a photo album. They had everything and the staff was helpful in finding everything! read more

This Walgreens was the same as all the rest. There is nothing special about this one. We knew where the items we were picking up are located at. We were in and out relatively quick. The cashier did give me a bit of a problem about using my samsung pay. Once I showed her how it wor is she was easy to work with. read more

Slowest pharmacy staff. I went inside to drop a prescription off and it took forever for them to get to me and there was only one person ahead of me in line. Then I came back to pick it up and I used the drive thru and it took forever! I guess it doesn't matter if you go in or not. They're just slow. This is an absolutely terrible location. I was just in there for 45 minutes to get my second Covid shot. No one was waiting on people, you had to go through the actual pharmacy line because the Covid window is closed. I showed up at 9:30 for a 10 o'clock appointment and they never gave me the shot until 10:20. And no one else was waiting. Literally no one else was waiting for a Covid shot. Less than professional and made me wonder if they're even doing this right and I didn't have a lot of confidence in getting the shot there. read more

I'm a regular at this Walgreens. I go through the weekly circular and find the good deals and match them with coupons. The employees are very friendly and ask if you need assistance if you look lost like I do half the time. Great location as well! Walgreens usually has better deals vs CVS. Today Target has M&M's - 3/$8 CVS - 2/$6 Walgreen - 2/$5 I chose Walgreens and used a $1.50 coupon on two bags = 2 bags for $3.50+ tax I made out like a bandit..... read more

You need to get more people like these two young ladies. With my new insurance they went out of the way to help me and lord knows you get bad reviews. I wanted to tell you how great they are. Jennifer and Katie are great & so friendly. They really care about the customers they are helping!! Please make sure they know I wrote this email on their behalf because nowadays not too many people pay a compliment! It's always about complaining about the people that work for the company. I can only comment on the sundry portion of the store and not the pharmacy. Super friendly people staffing this location! Came here 3x while traveling in the area: fair prices, good selection of almost everything, and nice employees. I like it even more for the convenience of just grabbing a dozen eggs or the like over running into a full grocery store. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The pharmacist was the rudest person in that store! I would give zero stars if I was able.

I was 4th in line at the pharmacy counter and stood in line for 10 minutes. When it was my turn the tech waited on the drive-thru customer who arrived after I had been waiting already for 8 minutes. When I mentioned it to the pharmacist(the only other worker) she exploded and became loud and defensive. I was mortified. No one apologized or said thank you after I paid for my prescription. The tech sarcastically said "have a great day" as she stiff-armed my purchase at me. I am 67 yrs old, a regular longtime customer recovering from recent foot surgery, so, obviously, I will not return. BTW this is not the first time that the staff ignores us waiting in line to answer phones or wait on the drive-thru patrons. It is always a long and trying visit to this pharmacy. Maybe it is better if you go at night. read more

Pharmacy manager impolite and associate who waited on me had cough that was so bad she could hardly speak to me. I asked politely for another associate to wait on me who was not going to cough all over my insurance cards etc and was refused. Finally manager took over--associate unable to do my insurance transaction and when finished I commented that she should not allow obviously sick associate to handle customers.
