The woman who answered the phone was quite rude and ended up hanging up on him. He tried calling back, and asked her why she hung up and she lied and said she had to deal with a delivery which made no sense because the time between phone calls was no more than 10 seconds. She then started questioning who he was and what he wanted, and was very disrespectful overall and couldn't seem to answer his simple questions about possibly getting his prescription medication sent to this location. After a minute or two more, he ended up hanging up as she lacked any sort of hospitality or a good customer service. After looking further online, this doesn't seem like a legit/reputable business, future prescription seekers beware.

The wait is always 10 minutes or less compared to the big chain which is always 45 minutes or more. This is very convenient especially when you have to go back to work or have some errands to do. The staff are very passionate in what they do. Their concern mainly is always with their customer & ensuring their needs are met like this one time when I had this prescription that they didn't carry at that time & they cannot get it from their supplier. They offer that they will call every pharmacy that does carry this drug to save me the time, energy & gas of going to every pharmacy. This pharmacy really exemplify an excellent & personalized customer service. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you should try MEDICAL CENTER PHARMACY. They really make YOUR LIFE SO EASY.

In the old days, S&F was mainly where businesses shopped -- large size goods / commercial grade and packaging. Today, they still have LARGE, but also more normal size for the average consumer. You won't find a butcher here, but they do have freshly packaged meat. Lots of produce, frozen and refrigerated goods, and a ton of bottled and packaged items. They even have BOOZE: fine liquors, wine, and beer. Tips: ==== 1) Bring your own bags 2) Bring your own COLD storage bags for the gallons of ice cream you will buy (oh yes you will). No bagging services ("they're right there"), eating food with gloves on and then touching my groceries, helped me very grudgingly with a digital coupon, unpleasant service. Not to mention unkempt appearance and poor communication. If I wanted to bag my own groceries i would have used self checkout. This location has a problem with bags. First they don't follow the law, now they don't bag for you. I only come here strictly for produce, and convenience. Nothing is actually wrong with Smart and Final products. It's the PEOPLE AT THIS LOCATION. Specifically Kimberley. Feel like I need to jump in a vat of holy water after entering here.

Attended an early morning Beauty Trend Show in late July. It featured guest speakers talking about…read morecertain featured products, their attributes and makeovers on stage with the specific product reps applying it on models. They had light bites like croissants, yogurt fruit cups, coffee, juice, water and prosciutto wrapped melons. They had a DJ, raffles, free samples, freebies with a purchase and the theme was Hawaiian so we were given plastic leis and a big yellow mesh bag with a goodie bag filled with some samples. The presentation was upbeat and fun except for some ladies who were constantly chatting and even a couple of ladies behind me who just kept talking throughout the whole show so it was hard to hear. I don't know if one was translating from English but I thought it was very inconsiderate. It was already sometimes hard to hear because the speakers had to hold a microphone while trying to do a makeover and/or the music was also loud. Despite the interruptions, the reps and employees kept it upbeat. We ended up getting coupons under certain seats so that was a bonus for those who didn't win a gift basket from the raffle. Those baskets were generous with products!! After the show, women scattered to the respective cosmetic reps to try samples, buy with purchase and take advantage of the extras the reps brought for both the Beauty Trend Show and the Anniversary Sale. I reached out to the Beauty Manager, Belinda as I wanted some tips for eye makeup with a MAC rep. Belinda set up an appointment with a MAC Field Exec Shane Turner who was also a presenter. I showed up for my appointment but he was helping other customers who wanted to take advantage of the sales freebies for the day so I had to wait in the chair for maybe 10-15 minutes. He told me he'd wish there were more associates to help out. He seemed serious and overwhelmed. I told him about the MAC products I use and that caffeine irritates my eyes. He offered one product and said it doesn't have caffeine but I found out it had some in the ingredients list when I got home. I asked about the wear on a satin lipstick and he said it was long-wearing but it wore off later on in the afternoon. He applied a Green liner that was supposed to be long-wearing as well but that ended up smearing by the afternoon when I was still at the mall. He used a too radiant & brown tone concealer so that wasn't the correct shade. He gave some tips that were helpful but was disappointed in the actual products used. Afterwards, I went to 111 Skin and bubbly, enthusiastic, positive & informative Lupe the 111Skin rep was really fun to talk to and l learned about the line. She ran out of eye patches as a ton of women were lined up to try them. I had to leave the line earlier so I could make my MAC appointment so I missed out. I ended up learning about the product line and bought a serum after she applied it on me. I was amazed at the results! She was able to give me samples of their products so I could try before I buy so I was happy with that. I went to try some Jo Malone perfume and wanted to try a sample but they ran out of the tester on one. I was only able to spray some on my arm. When I checked out with a male employee, I noticed he had a few other yellow totes with samples and asked him about that. That was for the Influencers who RSVP'd originally for that day and I happened to be one of them so he gave me one! Afterwards, I went upstairs to look for more Anniversary sale items. The helpful Asian female clerk helped me locate some items that were on my list. I was happy they had a lot of sizes and merchandise at this location. They were well-stocked! This is a convenient location and have online store pickups upstairs which is convenient. The eBar has quick bites and I was able to get a Green Smoothie.

When she eventually came back out and asked if I needed something, I said yes, but also pointed out that I had noticed her walk away while I was waiting. I told her she I would wait for help by the other employee who was already assisting another customer with shoes first, but her response was incredibly dismissive and had such a rude tone. She then offered to get the shoes I was looking for, so I gave her the style and size I needed. When she returned, she had an attitude yet again. I genuinely don't understand why customers are made to feel like they're a burden for simply asking for help. I came in to shop, not to deal with someone's attitude. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially at a store like Nordstrom. Please do a better job of training your staff. Customer service matters, and this experience was unacceptable and left a really bad impression.
