    I'm deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment my mother has consistently received from GEORGE at Walgreens in Third Avenue. On multiple occasions, he has refused to provide her with her prescribed medication, claiming there's no prescription on file--even when we've confirmed it on the Walgreens App, we've gotten automated text messages and automated calls letting us know it's ready. What's most upsetting is his attitude toward my mother's English. Instead of being patient and understanding, he's dismissive and repeatedly states that he 'can't understand her,' which feels disrespectful and discriminatory. It's unacceptable for a healthcare professional to treat customers, especially non-native English speakers, this way. Very odd every other pharmacist can understand her. She has even gone in with her license, her birthday and name written down and he still says she has no prescriptions. I have had to personally go into Walgreens to get her medication. It's always been there. I talked to another older Hispanic lady in line and she said she gets the same treatment from him. Discrimination is disgusting GEORGE! We trust pharmacies to provide both medication and compassionate care. Unfortunately, George falls short of these expectations. I hope Walgreens addresses this behavior to ensure no one else is discriminated against, this way in the future.

    I have been going here since my childhood and recently came for the updated covid vaccine and was helped by Reggie checking in and he was a very nice and straight forward employee. At most waited 5 min in line. The shot was quick and easy and overall a great experience

    The worst pharmacy experience I've ever had? TL;DR: The pharmacists have no problems lying to your face. I needed to transfer a prescription from this Walgreens to another pharmacy. The other pharmacy told me that this Walgreens never answers their phones. I went to this Walgreens to ask them for a good time for the other pharmacy to call, and they said any time during business hours. So I called the other pharmacy and asked them to call now while I was in this Walgreens. Here's where it gets good. I also tried calling this Walgreens pharmacy and was put on hold by their automated system. When I approached the same pharmacist I spoke to earlier to ask why I was on hold, he said that they were too busy and cannot answer the phones. There was no one else in line, so I asked him to please answer the phone now. He refused. The ability to lie and then refuse to honor his word to my face was a new low in customer service. He said the words "sorry about that", but why even bother?

    Ordered 2 posters so how can they not check that one was cut off - since the other poster was printed just fine

    Had to wait 2 hrs before prescription was filled. Sf Walgreens u don't have to wait that long.

    My expectations for drugstores are lower now since the industry is kind of struggling against…read moreonline and lots of other competitors. So there's less drugstores now and they're not as abundantly staffed anymore. But this Walgreens in Belmont is one of the best. The lady was like about $5. She wasn't wearing a name tag but I think she was worried I will report her. She was an older Hispanic lady. She told us. We never submit a code before ordering. I told her we did. She said that she had nothing on screen. My friend asked if there is a manager. She is like I am the manager which she wasn't. She saw me getting pissed off since she was denying what I told her. I said fine. I will record everything. She got scared when I said that. She brought in the manager, Carlos. She acted like she knew everything infront of us. I told him, she had no idea at all. She was making out I was being a difficult costumer. I told him. She never said that to us. I shut her down and made myself very clear. That lady backed out and stayed away to let him handle it.. He gave us our copies for free. He mentioned their printing system isn't up to date. If we wanted free printing, we have to download the app. When we were making the photos, it said coupon submit and the cashier can adjust it for you at the counter. I gave an extra star for Carlos. I would want to give it a 1 for that lady.
