Elderly use drive thru, always treated w/patience n kindness. However, how the staff stays kind n patient, is beyond me!!! I hear vehicles in front of me yelling, being rude to staff,n vehicles in back of me tooting horns, being impatient. I was treated like a homeless person by ur cashier. Im not homeless no where close. I had recent surgery and came down to help my mother who lives here. I was working out in the yard and looked like hell. I went in to buy super greens and other vitamins . To make a long story short. She was rediculous. This has to be the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to!! The staff in the pharmacy is extremely rude and inconsiderate of anyone's time. I dropped my prescription off at 1pm at the drive thru...said it would be 40 mins to come back. I came back in an hour and they said there was an issue with the insurance may they have my card again. Gave it to them once with ID now they need it again??? Ok within a minute she straightened it out but I'd have to come back in 20-30 mins. Really??? Mean while I am really sick and just want my prescription. I came back the 3rd time and the drive e thru was so long I went in. It still wasn't"t ready!! I was not the only one MAD at this group of misfits. LYNDSEY who is apparently a "PHARMACY TECHNICIAN" had to be the most insensitive individual there. She told me they were short staffed and to have a seat. What?!? Told me the pharmacist had to "approve it" OMG! Then when I was noticeably irritated she told me I wasn't the only one that was sick and they were short staffed since Christmas!! Not my problem!!! Their pharmacy needs an immediate overhaul. Not only does it take forever to get a prescription filled, but just tonight we had a moment that seriously makes us question the legitimacy of the medical training their staff has. One of our prescriptions was for an EpiPen, which contains epinephrine (Ep-uh-nef-ren) and when the woman informed us they were out of them (a whole other issue that REALLY needs to be addressed) she told us they we're out of Uh-peen-uh-fren. I will concede that the woman does have an accent, but if you work in the medical field you should know exactly how medication is pronounced regardless of your accent. read more

Awful! Waited 26 minutes on line waiting to pick up a prescription that I was texted was ready for me. There were eight people online inside the store and one man at the counter taken care of pick ups, drop offs, telephone calls and the drive-up. There was one pharmacist. Ths store had a lot of issues in the past. Long wait times, crabby staff, etc. They have really turned it around recently. I don't know how they did it, but THANK YOU to whoever took charge and made changes! I no longer dread going to pick up prescriptions or getting refills! The store is always very clean and shelves are stocked. They seemed to have cleared out the vagrants that used to swarm you for money as soon as you got out of your car. First and foremost, we are all in service of helping people i.e. ; Doctors, Lawyers, CPAs, US postal, bartenders etc etc...... I dropped my prescription to be filled, Dr. Smith processed me, things were smooth until asked how much it was gonna cost. She said $130. ~ i replied "$130 ! Why so much? Even with the discounts & coupons?" Mind you there were 4 items on the prescription. ~ Dr. S - "well (such & such )is $67" *even that's a bit much for what I normally pay. ~ Me - "that's expensive, can you help me out ? Are there other discounts you can apply?" ~ Dr. S - (with a quizzical look, her eyebrow raised which caused her forehead to wrinkle) "why would I help?" NEED NOT SAY MORE !!! In my line of work I deal with negative people all day and knew instantly with that reaction and tone that this conversation is going nowhere! I politely asked for my prescription back. Took it to CVS on 312 and asked if they could help me out ( and not once did I mention my experience with Dr. Smith ) Pharmacist@CVS "of course we'll help, especially since you're paying out of pocket" They saved me an extra $30 I'm writing them a review next !! If I'm spending my hard earned and well deserved money, I'm gonna spend it with nice people who are sincere in helping !! read more

This store is the reason I will no longer shop at Walgreens. First issue: I received a notification this store did not have my medication and after 3 days of waiting, I called to ask about the status. After over 20 min on hold with no answer from the pharmacy, I called and asked for the store manager. I told her I had been on hold for pharmacy and no one was answering and asked if there was any way she could help. She very shortly told me, "All I can do is transfer you back." And click. Back to hold. I ended up fixing this issue by driving to another Walgreens and they had it. Second problem: I have narcolepsy and I take a controlled substance that helps keep me from falling asleep during the day. As I am sure others who take routine controlled substances will understand, some pharmacists and pharmacy techs can speak to you/ treat you/ question you like you are a criminal drug addict. One of the pharmacists here takes the cake. I am a healthcare provider and I understand the issues pharmacists deal with regarding dispensing controlled substances. However, I am NOT a criminal or drug addict and I was treated like one here. This pharmacist literally made me cry and that is not easy to do. The straw that broke the camel's back: I reached out to Walgreens customer service to speak to someone regarding this issue and to possibly prevent it from happening again. I was told someone would call me back within 3 business days. Did that happen? NOPE! I don't need to stalk them. I'm done with Walgreens; stick a fork in it! Happy Thanksgiving! read more

Not even a star. This place sucks. The pharmacy is so slow. I waited for a prescription longer than it took to get into a room in the ER, see a doctor and get an x-ray. And some of the people were rude. Didn't event ask if I had insurance. After 45 minutes was asked if I wanted both prescriptions and was told $149 that quickly went to $7 and $3 for the other. read more

This Walgreen's has been around for quite some time... I can remember stopping by this place many, many times over the years, as it was the only drug store in the area for a long time. Recently, a lot of CVS's and a few new Walgreen's have opened up, but this store is just as good as it was. This store is actually split into two different stores, which I like. The right side is the main store / pharmacy, the left side is the liquor store, where you can buy lots of beer, wine, and liquor. The prices inside the liquor section are actually pretty decent compared with local grocery stores, and they usually have some good sales going on to help you buy what you're looking for. It was very well stocked, the beer was cold, and the price was right. The right side of the store was stocked with your standard pharmacy fare. Half of the store was filled with OTC medicines, with everything you'd need to get better, all organized by the type of remedy they offer. The rest of the store was filled with sodas, snacks, makeup, greeting cards, and touristy crap that you'd expect from a local pharmacy. This store also has a drive-thru pharmacy if you're on the go and want to pick up your prescription quickly. Overall, this is a pretty nice store, but nothing stuck out as amazing to me that would make me go out of my way. Maybe if I had prescriptions or something, but otherwise, I usually only stop in if there's something I need to get on the fly. The prices aren't bad, the store is clean and well-stocked, and the service was pretty good. No complaints here! read more

Walgreens has been my pharmacy go to for more than 10 years. I have recently been using this location and the best thing about it is that it's open 24 hours a day with 24 hour pharmacy. The staff in store are helpful when needed however the pharmacy staff could be more helpful. I feel when it comes to your health and wants advice and answers on meds or supplements the professional pharmacy staff should be more than helpful. The location is close to Dr. Offices, CareSpot and across the street from the Flagler Hospital which is another convenience. Also I don't drink but I'm sure would care that this location has a separate entrance for Liquors only. The store is always clean and always and quick in and out for customers and it stays busy but never backed up or crowded. read more

This Walgreens is the worst, First I waited for 2 hours for my prescription then when my Prescription was finally ready, One of the workers name Lila was rude from the start said that my drivers license was fake. Fake and threaten to call the police at this point I told them to call the police because my license is not fake. Police arrive and looked at my ID and called it in for check, everything came back good. Police went in the store to get my paper prescription and the Cork of a manager followed.
