This shampoo and conditioner was one i discovered while i was on a business trip that was used in one of the hotels i stayed. It was so good i looked to see where I could buy it, but it was one that is hard to find in most stores. Thankfully, i found it was sold in Ulta stores and in Ulta online. For those interested it is a John Mitchell shampoo that has tea tree and lavender. It is wonderful. Starting the very end of last year thru this year, though, i expanded my purchases in Ulta to include daily facial care products. Ever since moving to Ohio, I had to deal with skin issues. Its like my skin reverted to how it was during some of the worst times in high school. It necessitated to go to a dermatologist, and i ended having to take Accutane. Those who are unfamiliar with its side effects, it totally dries you out. My skin feels like i am in a desert, my lips chap terribly. To help with this, i bought the lip balm from Aquaphor my dermatologist strongly recommended. I also bought a facial scrub and a hydrator from Clinqiue for Men. This has definitely helped. During Covid-19, prior to getting my vaccine i was ordering my items from this location. Definitely helped me out a lot!

We picked a rich brown, she applied the color, said she would be back in 15 minutes but returned 25 minutes later. By then, my hair was black. After rinsing and drying, it was so dark, I was upset. She took forever it seemed to do a trim of 1/2 inch, and I just wanted to get out of there. No, I did not complain to the owner or stylist, but I should have; I was just upset, and the stylist knew it. I just need to find someone I can trust and who is experienced. I ended up going home and finding a product online that would strip out color gently, and after 3 applications of this product, my hair looked medium brown again instead of black. So disappointed in this local salon; maybe they should monitor or mentor their new hires better. I had gone here before for a trim with a different stylist, and she did do a good job, but she is part-time and is hard to schedule with.
