This review is for the DaVinci Whitening service performed by their esthetician, April…read more Initially planned on a long detailed review, but decided to keep it brief and to the point. Feel free to reach out for an in depth review. Regret coming here. It was an obvious red flag when the esthetician wasn't able to answer most of my questions, specifically basic post procedure questions. Also refused to answer some questions twice, as though asking a question more than once was deemed unacceptable and non-billable. Said they only used "natural" products, and DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide, claiming "hydrogen peroxide isn't natural," but that is in fact the product they used. Lots of conflicting and contradictory information was provided. The esthetician seemed rushed and impatient. Applied the product so quickly and inadequately with her hair flopping around my mouth. Did not have good results. In fact, resulted in severe chemical damage due to lack of adequate gum protection applied. The before and after photos confirm chemical damage and gum recession. Save your teeth. DO NOT COME HERE. It's a business that's purely focused on making money. Their clinical practice questions their moral character.

I grabbed what I needed plus a few more items because well...when in Rome. Only one employee asked if I needed assistance, but I don't actually think she was a Sephora employee - maybe an independent contractor for a beauty brand...? The check out line was also crazy long, but moved fairly quickly and the girl who worked at the counter was friendly. Being as I turn 40 this month, I'm trying to up my skincare game more than it already is so I'll definitely be back for more items soon!

I understand they use the beads because they are easier but they man, never getting beaded ones ever again. I placed an order…read morefor 8 items, and when I picked it up, two items (a hair towel and body spray) were completely missing from my bag even though they were on my confirmation email. To top it off, when I checked the rest of the items, the large Ulta Beauty Collection body wash I received was already pumped and opened. Getting shorted on items is frustrating enough, but handing out used or opened bath products to customers is completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Do better.

It would be helpful if this company marketed that you need a beauty license to purchase…read more They have a lot of product and great deals but this store is not for unlicensed humans, which really sucks. So we will not be returning. The humans working were helpful, however I do feel a lot of our questions would have clued someone in that we weren't licensed. It was pretty clear that we needed a lot of support finding stuff and asking "how tos". Regardless, good merch if you have the ability to shop there.

To preface. This isn't the first time I've been at this location to buy beauty supplies…read more I came here to get my hair colored because I dyed it with henna about 11 months ago and was looking for something new. I know about the unpredictability of using henna and then dying with color, especially with products that use developer, due to the chemical reaction between the two. What I'm disappointed about is that when I asked about which dye to use, it turned into a conversation about how much of a bad decision it was and that I was going to "go bald" by burning all my hair off. How I expected the conversation to go was to do a test strand and purchase a sample bottle of a lifting agent before using a permanent color dye. After being discouraged from coloring my hair, I went ahead and bought my regular hair products, along with a new pair of scissors, since my previous pair had outlived their usefulness. Safe to say I won't be returning here again.

Love that they have so much to choose from for hair, nails, and makeup. Definitely my go-to spot, and I'll be back soon to grab some hair products.

I took my granddaughter to start her back to school collection, and was assisted by Mimi up in juniors, who helped us gather quite a few items for her to try on. I love the attention Mimi took to go around to gather items for my granddaughter to try on. She did not have to leave the dressing at all, and I was able to sit right outside her door to give my unwanted opinion. Fale was also a big help with bringing out several choices of shoes and helped me select a pair for the best comfort. My next stop was the skin care items and a few gift sets from beauty, with some cool l gift with purchases as well. Being a valued customer, I was also gifted a nice travel bag, with a coupon for a drink, a lunch, and a $15 coupon for a future purchase in Beauty. This is a great place to be when you want a little attention.

So I went here to buy a suit for my husband and Nordstrom is NOT the place for men's clothes. The…read moreanniversary sale is on and there are a lot of shoppers so the place is chaotic. The cashier desk in the men's section is completely incompetent. One cashier took 12 minutes to ring up four shirts. The other cashier, who was new and kept mis-entering items to the purchase while having a high maintenance customer who was asking for help while ringing ....stupid questions like should I do a pocket square with this? There were two other Nordstrom staff looking up stuff on their phones but no one to help a customer. I get to the register, ask for the big & tall section for suits, and Nordstrom doesn't have one. So I waited, waited, and waited just to find they didn't even have what was needed. Nordstrom should staff up for big sales and get efficient cashiers in the men's section. I got a lovely Michael Kors suit at Macy's in a 44 Long and they have a much bigger suit section. Also, their Black Friday in July sale was worth it so Nordstrom's loss is Macy's gain. Take note!

Love love love Dawnielle!! So does my face!…read more This is located inside a nice boutique and salon. I saw her before and after pictures of eyebrows and decided I needed to check it out. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! She sends me reminders of our appointments and is also there for you in eye brow emergencies. I texted her in tears one time when I got my eyebrows done by someone else. They messed them up. She reassured me she was able fix it and she did. I'll never make that mistake again
