I have no idea why the drive through takes so long , I got a call that my prescription was ready and I wanted for more then 45 minutes in line just to get up to the window and I was still waiting 30 minutes for a precipitation that was readyyyy ! read more

Their pharmacy has really become slack in preparing orders & getting them right. I drop a list off on Fri to help ensure they refilled the right ones: nope. Filled ones that were replaced. Didn't fill the ones on the list. Tried to fill some that were not due yet. read more

There pharmacy is the absolute worst. Every single time i need something filled i have to wait a ridiculous amount of time or it's always something. Plus if you try to call in a head of time they never answer the phone. Their customer service sucks!!! I wish i could use a different store but for insurance reasons i have to use them. I have also tried the one in Kingwood and it is just as bad!! read more

Very helpful staff and I usually come here regularly at random times sometimes late and it sucks that this location closes at 10pm :-/ also they have redbox rentals on the outside of the store I am addicted to renting on redbox. read more

Somebody want to tell me what's so special about the Porter store that the pharmacy now closes at 8pm? When all the surrounding Walgreens pharmacies close at 10? Between 4pm & 7pm everybody and their dog is off work or of school and lined up forever. So if I don't want to sit in the damn line I have maybe 30 min after the crowd goes away. I'm so sick of these big-box pharmacies. Walgreens has gotten worse than Walmart and that's the worst insult in terms of service there is. read more

This is the reason i stop going to walgreen's i thought maybe they had changed but even 8 years later and still the same. I came here because of the convenience of them having the prescription i needed on h.g.h and but they quickly changed my mind again. They wasn't rude or anything but, i guess they would rather loose a customer because they have plenty of them. I was trying to use a coupon for my sons medicine but the pharmacist said that they do not take it for controlled drugs. I called CVS and they said of course we take coupons. So i explained the situation about it being a controlled drug and she said that they honor the coupons. So The competition is gaining a customer once again Walgreens failed me again. read more

I had an amazing experience, and I'm just as frustrated with pharmacies "in general" as the folks below. This one deserves praise, specifically for the Take Care Clinic. (I have not utilized their Pharmacy; I did shop in the store and loved it also). Why they were amazing: I simply called ahead to see what the wait time would be, and if my issue would even be treatable there. A wonderful CS line (answered on first ring) helped determine I could be seen there, and set an appointment. Easiest 10 minutes I spent after 3 hours of calling CVS, my "doctor" who kept me on hold for 1.5 of those hours, and ensuing stress that worsened my problem. I understood that this location was the one that had openings; I live near the one in Atascocita. I drove 15 minutes because it was that important to me to be seen asap. Using my easy confirmation code, I checked in immediately and Sharon (NP) saw me. She is AWESOME. She was so caring, soft-spoken, and thoughtful. She took everything I said and considered all the factors, before recommending a conservative approach. She didn't need to RX medication, and she was beyond generous with her time and attention. I was so glad/relieved to have had a great experience, I was inspired to buy Valentine's cards and a new Maybelline Lip balm. Great things happen when customers are treated so well. Bravo to this Walgreens, and especially to sweet Nurse Practitioner Sharon (last name escapes me, but she was the best!). read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst experience ever. I thought maybe they would be good after the first time they messed up, but not surprised. My doctor called in a prescription last week and they really tried to say that they didn't call, insinuating I was lying or my doctor was lying when I spoke with the Dr myself. The lady I spoke with had no care in the world and was just rude. NEVER AGAIN. read more

The hours listed online for the pharmacy are not accurate. My son was in need of some allergy medicine on a Sunday. My wife showed up to the pharmacy at 7:30 pm only to be directed to the Walgreens on FM 1960 near Atascocita Road. Bastards! Your location is now nonexistent to me! read more

I am Beyond amazed at the customer service at photo today. Robin G, and Ginger made my day , Ive been ordering canvas gifts and they ran out . I only need two more and they asked another walgreens if they had them in stock. One was for a birthday gift that I needed today. Very rude employees in the pharmacy window and medication is expensive compared to other pharmacies. I will never go there again!

The Walgreens at Porter Tx is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The drive thru people are always rude. The meds are never ready. Two hours after my grandson's medicine was called in the woman was very hateful and informed she still had 55 more minutes until call time. After be very rude she said she guessed she could have it in about 20 - 30 more minutes.I think someone should incorporate manners into her duties. I will list her name when I actually get his meds from surgery. I ask her name and it is Kim. read more
