Recently I went to go pick up a photo order, told the woman working the front my last name. She told me that I have no photo order, asked me if I'm sure. Fine, you can't hear, great, moving on. So she finally found my photo order after 10 minutes. Then I came in another time to purchase an item and I had a coupon for it (a big coupon too, $15 off an item). After 3 people (including the "manager") could not figure out how to "apply" the coupon, I was eventually turned away. Are you serious? That's something you figure out on the back end as a manager after the customer has left. I knew things were going nowhere when the called over the woman who couldn't find my photo order to help. Oh yeah, she'll take care of this! Then the manager asked me if I still wanted to buy the item after all that. I'm like, uhh no. There was instructions on the back of the coupon for how to accept for crying out loud. I work full time, have 2 kids, I'm just so sick of incompetence!! Now I'm in there again (I know, I'm crazy I just keep going back expecting a different experience), 3 of them trying to do a return for an old lady, talking about points, and several transactions, etc. I stood in line for 5 mins and walked out. Enough is enough. I have to say the people in the PHARMACY are great! They are totally competent and friendly, and get you in and out. Our daughter lives here as a patient of the Cleveland Clinic, and we traveled from Houston to spend Christmas with her. The trip to the local Walmart was supposed to be easy. However, it was anything but. First, the shelves were half empty -- no exaggeration. I totally get that when a weather event is on the way and everyone is stocking up, but temps are in the 40s in the Cleveland area this week, and several locals have mentioned how warm it is for this time of year. So, throw that excuse out the window. Secondly, I saw no fewer than 10 employees with pallet jacks hauling products around the store to restock ... except they were shooting the breeze. Meanwhile, they were almost out of orange juice, milk and even Coca Cola. While the place seemed relatively clean, it was disorganized. I chalk all of that up to very poor management. When we arrived back home, I mentioned that the place was like shopping in a third world country, and that many of the patrons acted as if they were the only people in the store -- blocking aisles, turning right in front of us -- and our local family members acknowledged that such is normal around these parts. I can't write a review on rude people in general, but I can definitely say that they seem to congregate at this store. My two stars are generous for this location, especially after hearing that my experience here is par for the course. Needless to say, I don't think management here will be receiving any bonuses or promotions anytime soon.

We went to the minute clinic on ridge and explained what happened- Ashley claimed we yelled at her when we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was the exact opposite of the truth of how she explained how cleaning our ears can cause an ear infection she makes it sound like an ear cleaning is very dangerous and risky. She does not trust her patients is extremely dishonest and fake - the other minute clinic was very understanding - I have had my ears cleaned in another state by a minute clinic while I had an ear infection to cure my otitis media - I never got a fever or infection by them helping me that way ... Ashely does not have any professional medical clue what she's talking about very disappointed we even stopped at this location ! we did not file a complaint about her over the phone the to corporate we don't have the time to waste people have very busy lives - we had to schedule minute clinic online and had to drive there just to be sassed harassed and listen to ignorance ! but if you're looking for unprofessional health care workers and want to have a hard time getting your health care needs met this is the cvs to go to ! We honestly thought after this experience with Ashley that wasted our time and affected our morning start to the week - that every minute clinic doctor was very hard to deal with and they would not respect the service we are to be billed for !
