Fl CVS location every month for the last ten years. Family circumstances require I temporarily live with them 45 miles north of my home, so I need to pick up my prescriptions here. Jessica refuses unless I change the address on my driver's license. Jessica's excuse for refusing to help a long time customer was she is "strictly enforcing CVS's corporate policy". I called their 800 number and spoke with a CVS corporate pharmacist, Joe , who told me she is wrong, there is no corporate policy. Even after he stated she is wrong, corporate will not help me, I have to drive to another city where an intelligent, caring and HONEST CVS pharmacist said he will fill my prescriptions.

From across the store I could hear them yelling and laughing loudly. As I got closer to the front of the store, I overhead the manager shouting very enthusiastically about an employee and their unprofessionalism, and how bad it makes their store look. In the same rant, the lady days "I even followed a customer outside, I was so upset!" Going on and on and on, complaining about an employee. Very very unprofessional vibe! No one offered to check me out, despite being the only customer in the store. I don't mind using self checkout whenever it's necessary but employees at a cvs should put down their gossip to help a customer with 3 items. I was literally the first customer. I struggled a bit scanning my items, as they gossiped loudly. Of course, if I needed help I could have asked - but it's simply common knowledge that if there's a single customer in the store, struggling to scan an item, and there are 2 employees at the very front gossiping and hollering... well, the employees need to get their act together and serve the customers. It's not your job to gossip and complain about your hirees and employees. Nobody wants to walk into what should be a calm CVS just to hear the manager (I'm assuming) yelling about following customers outside and their dislike for employees.
