I have to give this cvs a shout out, they helped me figure out an issue I've been having an issue with a prescription for several months and it was finally straightened out and I was told that a prescription I had is no longer made and I was prescribed and was told the closest thing to it! I am a legally disabled senior, a 39 year S Florida resident. I called the Stuart Fl CVS pharmacy and experienced an unhelpful and rude response from a person who identified herself as Jessica, the "pharmacy manager". I am a customer at another S. Fl CVS location every month for the last ten years. Family circumstances require I temporarily live with them 45 miles north of my home, so I need to pick up my prescriptions here. Jessica refuses unless I change the address on my driver's license. Jessica's excuse for refusing to help a long time customer was she is "strictly enforcing CVS's corporate policy". I called their 800 number and spoke with a CVS corporate pharmacist, Joe , who told me she is wrong, there is no corporate policy. Even after he stated she is wrong, corporate will not help me, I have to drive to another city where an intelligent, caring and HONEST CVS pharmacist said he will fill my prescriptions. read more

I cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism I experienced when I got out of the hospital yesterday 2/16/2024 by the pharmacist Anthony Petillo. he is rude and has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER. From the moment I walked into the store he was nothing but rude and condescending to me because my insurance is not accepted by CVS. Pharmacy department refused to fill prescriptions that are NOT controlled substances because I am being seen by Paincare Florida. They say the scripts have to come from them, not my surgeon,who had written the scripts. Absolutely refused! read more

We have been to this location numerous times. The Store manager and pharmacy do a great job. The pharmacist (older gentleman) was super helpful when I had a issue, after consultation, I did a telemedicine w my insurance company, in parking lot and went in and he had my script ready in less than five minutes. I think his name is Robert. He may have saved my finger- badly infected. The manager dark haired middle aged woman is always willing to help and greets customers w a smile. Store is clean and well stocked. Keep up the great work. read more

I needed a prescription right away that my regular pharmacy did not have in stock. Walter was exceptional at helping me to get the prescription transferred, working with the manufacturer to get a discount card approved to make it affordable for me and filling the prescription immediately. He did say that he has a great team and that is why everything went so smoothly. Also, this happened at 4:30 on Thursday afternoon and I was out by 5:30. Will start using this location for all of our prescriptions from now on. read more

I am from out of town and this pharmacy team was nothing but professional. I placed an order for three medications and they were all ready in under an hour. This couldn't have been easy coordinating my insurance and communicating with my physician in an emergency situation. read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever! Pharmacist Jessica W. called me to tell me I needed a preauthorization for my medication. I told her that would take some time, I needed the medication now so I would like to pay for it "Out of pocket". She refused to let me pay and get my medication. She went on to tell me that if my insurance declined to pay that she would not fill the prescription at all telling me that she had discretion to decline filling a prescription if she chose. When I insisted on additional explanation and continued asking questions, she then told me that I was being "Unprofessional" and that now she wouldn't fill my prescription even with insurance approval. So the pharmacist refuses to fill my prescription because I questioned her about their/her policy. This is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Stay away! read more

I pick up my mother's prescriptions at this CVS, I use the drive through and the wait is so ridiculous each and every time, even though I am in a line usually being just the the second car back. However, this past time at the drive through I was the only car there, the man at the drive thru made me wait so long, it has prompted me to warn everyone that the service here is really bad. read more

A couple days ago I went to this CVS pharmacy to get a prescription filled. The 2284 s Federal hwy, #5137. I was the only one at the drive thru but pharmacist didn't seem to want to order my medication. She said it would take 10 days to get it. I said ok, I have enough. She gave me back the script & I asked why she was giving it back to me, she said, "Go to another pharmacy"! It was very odd, I didn't really get why she didn't want to be bothered. I'm the one who has to wait for it & come back to get it. All she needed to do was type it into the computer. So I had to waste my time to go somewhere else. I don't get it, they weren't busy either. read more

I only interact at the pharmacy drive through. Last year the staff was frustratingly unhelpful in making assumptions about what I needed or could afford. This year there is a different crew with a lot more expertise and willingness to follow through on problems. Big improvement from 2018 read more

I needed help finding 2 products but there was no one working on the floor to ask. Finally found 1 product, which was not the size I needed, and then walked up front to get in line. Only one register was open and about 8 people were waiting. I decided to leave without making a purchase since I was in a hurry. Doubtful that I will ever return to this store. read more

Always seems to have issues with discounts. Yesterday, tried to purchase "Buy one, get one free" on Lay's chips. Price on one $4.29. On discount at register, credit was $1.30 on each bag. When we discussed what BOGO means and that $2.60 is NOT SAME as $4.29 (I'm good at math), the MANAGER says "That's how we do it here!" No Sale. I say..."Back to Walgreens!" What a slimy place. Not the first time with issues at the register and at the pharmacy. Customer service and appreciation of our intelligence is dead here. read more

The pharmacy staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out with my Rx issues. I'm from out of town and they made me feel at home. Jessica and Amanda are so super friendly and are an asset to the company. They made my first experiment there with my daughters prescription a pleasant one. They transferred my script and have it filled in an amazing fast time frame. My family really appreciates this a lot. read more

My prescription supposed to cost me $40.00 and CVS on 2284 Se Federal Hwy Stuart , FL 34994 charged me $59.50. They also charging more than what they supposed too on other medications. Soon I going to cancel with CVS and moved on to another Pharmacy. They have a terrible services. read more
