Which would take an hour to do. I booked it two hours in advance for a reason. I needed the first hour for hair, the second to get ready at home. I couldn't swap it, because I would have to be in my huge dress. I am beyond upset. This is the ONE time I needed them to do my hair, and they cancelled. Now I need to go with the hair I can do myself. Which mind you, i dont even know how to straighten it. I would go for haircuts, or if you're flexible with dates, just don't depend on them for big events with a set day if you need styling.

I found a style that matched my hair exactly; you can't tell where my hair ends and the wiglet starts! I feel so much better, and it cuts my hairstyling time in half! If you find a style you like, but she doesn't have your color, she will be happy to order it for you. I recommend this so highly; I have taken a friend and my cousin in to shop, and they were both happy with their purchases, as well! After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere. I will be sharing this experience across multiple platforms to inform others that Dee does not listen to her clients.
