Placed an online order which stated Arrival in 2-4 days. The order was split and now they're telling me that delivery is 2-4 days after it's processed. It doesn't say that. Part of my order was not processed until three days after I placed it and now has a 'down the road' delivery date which keeps changng. Customer service is terrible, no help, just canned responses. Can not recommend them and now I realize why they're having problems staying afloalt. read more

This location is always a ridiculously long wait for the pharmacy. I have never been in here where there wasn't more than 15 people in line. It's even worse when they decide that their drive thru is closed. Why would they close that? It defeats the whole purpose of not having to get out of your car when you're sick. I also had to come here for my Covid vaccines, why make an appointment when I had to wait over 45 minutes for my shot because they tend to everyone in their long line first. I've also been to the photo department and the girl working there looked like she was half asleep. This place sucks. If it wasn't across the street from my house, I'd much rather spend my money elsewhere. read more

The pharmacy WORST customer service. They don't answer and when they do they are mocking patients.

I had to visit this Walgreens to have a prescription filled while visiting friends in Orlando. It's nice to have my prescription with Walgreens because they are everywhere and there's typically no issues. This Walgreens' pharmacy is a disaster! I saw the negative reviews, but I thought it couldn't be that bad, it's Walgreens...I was wrong. They text to say my prescriptions were ready, so I go to pick them up. Surprise, one is ready and the other won't be ready until after 3pm. Ok, a little irritating, don't say they're ready if they're not. But fine, I'll come back. I came back after 3pm, and there were 4 cars in line at the drive thru. Ok, I'll wait. 30 minutes later, and I'M STILL IN LINE!!! And the worst part is their line is setup so that you can't just leave. So, I'm being held hostage by their poor customer service. Well, I finally reach the window after 40 minutes, only to be told that my prescription is still not ready. They told me to come back after 3pm, I came back at 4pm, waited 40 minutes in line, and it's still not ready. The person at the window says, they said it'll be about another 90 minutes. We will text you when it's done. YOU TEXT ME THIS MORNING THAT IT WAS DONE AND IVE BEEN HERE TWICE! Now I have to come back a 3rd time because it's not ready. This place is the Popeye's of pharmacies. Trust the reviews on this one, get your medication somewhere else. read more

This place literally sucks I've NEVER EVER EVER had to wait AN HOUR PAST when my photos were supposed to be finished, this store is the worst the MANAGER DOESNT EVEN WANT TO WORK!!?! You don't need THREE PEOPLE TO HELP SOMEONE whose credit card isn't working??? He's on the phone with bank!!? Not Walgreens!!!! I had to leave since we were there for almost 30 minutes!! Walked in at 10:02 on Sunday 12/17/2023 and had to leave because TWO EMPLOYEES AND THE GENERAL MANAGER were FAKE helping some guy who's on the phone with his bank!! If you don't want to work QUIT!!! Line is long as can be (12 people waiting). Pharmacy staff doesn't even acknowledge you're in line waiting to be greeted. Meanwhile, the line in the drive thru is ridiculously long. The staff is running around like they have absolutely no clue as to what they're doing. Worst experience ever at a Walgreens. I am told its an everyday thing at this location. read more

If you didn't need medication before going to the pharmacy, you'll need something to soothe the pain during your visit. My wife and I have gone to this Walgreens for years because our insurance company contracts there business. So our option to go elsewhere is limited. The pharmacist is rude and indifferent to her customers. On several occasions my wife and I had to deal directly with her after it was determined that we had requested our medications a few days ahead of schedule. She chose to confront us about the medication and our management of them in front of other customers. She decided to dress us down instead of helping us - in front of staff and other customers. The staff there for the past couple years have been borderline incompetent. For instance, on the occasion I was scolded by the pharmacist for medication management, I explained it was the staff there who had informed me on at least 3 occasions that my medication was ready for re-fill, only to find out later it was not the case. They are disorganized and often have trouble finding medications as they wade through the clutter of prescription bags waiting other customers. Painful. Also, if your doctor has called in a prescription for you, double check that the doctor actually speaks with someone there as well because we've had occasions where our doctor's assistant would call in the prescriptions hours before only to have the tech tell me or my wife that the medication hasn't been called in yet. We've gone back and forth with our PCP's office and the pharmacy so many times that it is yep...painful. If you need your medication quickly...well be prepared to wait. What's worse is when one calls in to the pharmacy around 6:00pm on a weekday our around 4pm on the weekend, you'll be told that your medication won't be ready until the following day. You need to make sure you tell them that won't work and you need it sooner. You may be surprised that they can do it the same day. Why would they tell you otherwise to begin with...who knows...but ye...painful. If you are expecting good customer service, you'd better go back home and cozy up with your favorite blanket watching Ted Lasso or some other comedy to dull the pain when you encounter the tech or even worse the pharmacist. As a person who relies on the pharmacy to be a safe, convenient, pain-free experience, to dispense with medications without hassle, it's a shot in the arm going there - every time. One might even say it's painful visiting this Walgreens. They really should be investigated. read more

Oh how I love writing yelp reviews from my phone. Gives me something to do while waiting for my flu shot. I realize Walgreens has issues with filling prescriptions, however my company sends me here to get certain things done health wise. It's cool. People here are friendly, and lets be honest. Once had the photo guy go way above and beyond to get our photos we emailed in to be printed. He had to borrow a monitor from a computer elsewhere in the store to replace the one that broke on the photo computer. That above and beyond kind of service is rare and VERY appreciated! read more

Terrible pharmacy. The store itself is ok, but the pharmacy is a train wreck. I've been coming here for years bc it's the closest to my house, but I'm done. You wait (whether it's drive thru or in store) for 20-30 minutes no matter the time of day. They frequently send the text to say the prescription is ready and when you get there it is not. They've given my husband someone else's medication 3 different times now (even though he confirmed the date of birth and address). Thank God I checked them before he took incorrect medication. And when you ask them they just blow it off. There is one Latin guy who has worked there forever that constantly walks around eating out of a bag of chips and not assisting customers. I've actually contacted the store manager AND the corporate office and it gets no better. If you're going in to pick something up from the regular store, it can be a bit slow, but it's bearable. Beware using the pharmacy. It's inefficient, unorganized, unhygienic, and kind of dangerous bc they are too interested talking and eating and not taking ppls medications seriously... read more

Terrible customer service. Employees and management ignore you and rather talk to each other the help customers. Asked for something behind pharmacy to a lead that doesn't need to be paid for, not even scanned and she refused and told me to wait in line and then went back to talking with her employee. read more
