Their communication skills are nonexistent and scripts are NEVER ready when they say they will be ready. The young intern or whoever they have typically working the front / phones, needs to learn that "Um" is not a professional conversation filler. She lacks the understanding of procedures and thus is unable to correctly or accurately answer your questions. I will always choose local over chains, but I wouldn't use Next Door Pharmacy again if they were the last locally owned pharmacy in town.

The store itself is very tidy and offers a great selection of items at good prices. I was always a fan of the beer cooler in the back corner, where you can walk into a completely separate refrigerated area and select from a great variety of spirits. If you're driving down Highway 32, this place will definitely be visible. Give them a go for your next small grocery purchase.

Valley Medical just ignored me and never gave me that chance. We have now went to a different business that truly cares about their handicapped clients. Shame on you, Valley Medical!
