I originally went here for a massage due to realizing that my posture had gotten horrible. Sandra does reflexology, which was new to me, but felt amazing! I got talking to Mikell one day about the issues I've had with my skin; I have extremely dry skin that causes breakouts. Nothing has worked, since I was 16. Until now!! Mikell is honestly a miracle worker!! And the products she uses are naturally based and wonderful!! After a couple weeks of getting regular facials, I decided "what the heck, I need a haircut too, why not??" and made a haircut appt. That was a lovely decision!! I told Britton to do what he thought would look good, and he did a lovely job! Different than what I had and a cut that has gotten me lots of compliments. Bottom line--they have a customer who will keep coming back!! The only thing I haven't tried is a manicure/pedicure. But I have a feeling when I'm due for one, I know where I will come!! Plus. She's intuitive, professional, and a clear communicator- letting me know ahead of time what to expect and making sure I felt comfortable to communicate my needs regarding pressure/intensity and areas of concern. Lora is also very knowledgeable and offered me suggestions for how to ease tension in my leg muscles using a foam roller, to continue loosening the muscles she worked on. She also doesn't rattle on with unnecessary chatter...unless that's what you want. I prefer quiet time to reflect and breathe into the work. Her demeanor is relaxed and soothing and at no point did I feel rushed, including afterwards when she encouraged me to take a few minutes to stretch and breathe before rising to dress. Lora is a true healer. I highly recommend her and I'll be returning again to receive her magic touch, for sure! :)

I have been coming to this medical office faithfully for 15 years. I have always received my…read moreinjections from Julie. She is kind and a true professional. Since Julie has been out on medical leave for a while - I decided to see Jenna for the first time. I live 45 minutes away and was running a little behind so I called the medical office and left a message stating I would be about 10 minutes late. I arrived and sat there for a bit which was fine. Jenna then walked in and began berating me for being late. She accused me of lying about what time I had arrived. She treated me like I was disgusting and not worthy of her time. I was in shock. I have never been treated with such disrespect - at this medical office or any other medical office. I have seen her in passing at this medical office in the past and she was pleasant. Now I know it was a fake act - possibly because Julie was always present. Jenna's mask slipped that day and her demeanor was rude and nasty for no reason. If she could not see me because I was late - then just reschedule me. If I had to sit and wait until she could fit me in - that would have been fine too. There was no one in the waiting room when I was there and she had stated there were a ton of cancellations that morning. The door to the spa was locked and the hallway going down to the treatment rooms was dark. Not sure what was going on but it was definitely strange. I am normally a quiet person and maybe she mistakenly thought I would take her verbal abuse. There was no way I trusted her to properly inject my face after all this - so I left after telling her exactly how I felt about her unprofessional behavior. I hope there are cameras in the waiting room area because they will show exactly what transpired that day. I truly feel she should not be working with the public and if this medical office continues to employ her - she needs intensive customer service training. I have enjoyed coming to this medical office since 2011 but I will never return again.
