Dr. Han was amazing, she really listened to my concerns, was very personable, and actually spent time to get to know me, unlike most doctors who are in and out. Susan the manager was also really passionate about her job and helped me pick two fantastic pairs of glasses. Although, they don't have name brands like Gucci, Versace, Prada. They have some designers I've never heard of that also have nice frames and I was able to pick something trendy. The office is also spotless and they have fancy new machines I haven't seen at my old school doctors place. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend it.

They rarely answer the phone, and when we do reach someone, the staff often come across as rude and uninterested in helping. Rather than offering guidance or possible solutions, we were simply told to contact our insurance company. Our insurance has remained the same for decades, yet we were told the optical department does not accept it, even though the medical office does. That inconsistency was confusing, and no one took the time to explain why or help us understand our options. We will continue coming to this practice because we value the doctors and the medical care they provide.
