Drive out of my way to go to Walgreens to get a passport photo and there machine was down. I also once came here to hand in unused pain meds to waste and they refused to take them. Ugh...whenever I come here they can't help! read more

If there were zero stars I'd give it. They kept me waiting a week for a prescription and then told me it was out of stock finally after 3 visits. Has to cancel a hard to get Drs appt because it was needed for the Drs appt. Then spent an HOUR on hold trying to get it transferred to another pharmacy. Worst pharmacy I have EVER USED. read more

It isn't often that pharmacies and convenience stores such as Walgreens and CVS get high reviews. I came to this Walgreens from Providence to get my COVID-19 vaccination. Both times, the workers at the pharmacy were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I witnessed multiple instances where they calmly dealt with customers' questions or frustrations regarding prescriptions. The actual shot did not hurt at all and didn't take long to prepare. I was in and out of there within around 25 minutes (15 minutes being after I got the vaccination). If you live nearby, I would highly recommend this Walgreens. The regular store as well as the pharmacy are small but top tier when it comes to customer service. read more

Horrible!! RUN !!! The girl at the Pharmacy gave me the wrong Vovid Booster shot after I confirmed Moderna 3 times before dose was given. The untrained/ idiot after acknowledging I wanted Moderna and she gave me Pfizer .... The girl on the pharmacy told me it was Moderna and it was NOT!!! I have contacted Corporate to let them know that IDIOTS!! Work at this Pharmacy!!!! Should be shut down!! Store is NOT clean either ! Workers are unprofessional! read more

ID GIVE 50 STARS IF I COULD. I have never had to deal with my insurance company denying refilling something. Today, on a Sunday, Alex talked me through the steps needed to try to get my prescription filled today. I was out and tomorrow being a holiday, was very worried about not getting it filled until Tuesday or later. She helped me and I got my refill hours later. Thank you, Alex. read more

Richmond RI Walgreens- on 138 has gone seriously downhill over the past year and corporate does not seem to care. Lack of staffing and overwhelmed pharmacy techs- it's depressing going in there. Recently my daughter needed her meds as quite ill- the pharmacy was closed completely for 2-3 days. Final straw-transferring family scripts. read more

I went in with a friend last week - the first time since I developed brain damage. I was having some noticeable symptoms: trouble talking, a little hesitant with my movements and balance, and really sensitive to sound. When we entered the store, the owner greeted us, and we said hello. We were the only customers at the time. I looked around a little bit, showed my friend something I was excited about (vacuum beads!), and then asked (after checking to see that we indeed were the only customers in the store) if it would be possible for her to turn the music down, seeing as I had brain damage, and despite wearing my noise canceling headphones, it was still a little louder than I could handle. She squinted her eyes me for a while, her mouth dropped opened with disgust, and then said, "I guess so." She turned the music down. I thanked her. I continued wandering the store looking at all the pretty things, still holding the vacuum beads I was planning on buying. The phone rang, and she picked it up and started talking. I found what I was looking for (a powder puff), grabbed it, and continued shopping. While she was still on the phone, the music came back on, and loudly. At first I thought it it was an oversight, but after a few minutes, it was clear she had done this deliberately. I went and put the vacuum beads back. At this point, I just wanted to get out of the store. Things got worse when I went up to the counter to pay for the powder puff. When I approached she didn't greet me, nor did she make eye contact. Her face read disgust. I paid while trying to make some small talk, thanking her for turning the music down at the beginning, but she didn't respond. She was cold and uninterested. I took my change, and when we started to walk out, she accused me of stealing the vacuum beads. I told her I did not, that they were right where they originally were, as I had put them back. I offered for her to search my bag. She refused. I offered for her to search me. She refused, and then said, "Oh yes, I see them now. You can leave now." I walked out stunned. I have never been treated like that by a store owner. She probably doesn't remember interacting with me, but before I became ill, she used to be nice to me. My friend went back inside to ask her why she had been so rude to me, as we had been the only people in the store, had purchased something, and had been quiet. Sadly but predictably, my friend didn't get a great answer. The owner said she thought I was acting "weird and different." Yeah, well, news flash: brain damage will make you act weird. I'm sorry I can't easily get words out and have hesitation in my steps. I waited 5 days and then returned the product with the receipt. I knew that she wouldn't give us our money back, but I'll be damned if I would keep one thing of hers in my house. She wasn't there, but we gave it to the employee (who was very kind). True, I didn't shop there often, but when I went in, she used to be pleasant to me. This time, she acted like I had a contagious disease and like my disability made me disgusting (not to mention a criminal). Her attitude towards people who are different from her is something all religions would be ashamed of. I'll buy my bath products from Amazon. In fact, I got the same powder puff $3 cheaper from Amazon, and I feel a hell of a lot better knowing I will never support such blatant ableist attitudes again.

So, I would like to preface this review with the fact that my standards have been elevated because of my previous care being outstanding. Dr. Vutech is also a truly exceptional dentist, every bit as good and possibly better than my previous dentist. The entire operation here is remarkably efficient and professional. I do not wait--at all. When the appointment time is set, the staff is ready at that time for me. This is unheard of in the business. My first appointment was a teeth cleaning that I needed badly as my teeth had not been cleaned in a couple of years and I knew something needed to be done soon. I called other offices and they wanted to book me months out. When I called Dr. Vutech a person answered the phone right away to my surprise. All the other offices I called had that recording where you wait until you hear the menu prompt that applies to your needs, which I do not like. Dr. Vutech's office got me in three weeks later, not three months. My hygienist took me in a few minutes early and was gentle yet absolutely thorough. My teeth had extra stains on them from coffee and tea and these were mostly all removed because of the extra time we had since I was taken in early. My x rays showed that my previous dental work was top notch and that my teeth were in good shape, but that some work needed to be done where there was wear between the tooth and the gum. Apparently Dr. Vutech could fill that wear space as a preventative measure to help my teeth to last. At sixty years old I want to keep my original teeth as long as possible, this saves money over time and prevents other issues from cropping up. Today I had the first of four appointments for preventive fillings (on the lower right) and they look great. Dr. Vutech matched the natural tooth color perfectly and it is nearly impossible to tell any work had been done, the teeth just look back to normal as if there was never any wear. My assistant was meticulous and diligent and most friendly and courteous. Dr. Vutech uses special magnifying lenses that he states emphatically improve his ability to see what "cannot be seen without them" thus amplifying his capabilities when he is in your mouth doing important work. I now know for a fact that I am in the hands of a truly amazing dentist. My procedure today was painless (novocaine) and efficient. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Dr. Vutech and his entire staff are personable and friendly, they each spend time with you and go out of their way to make you realize that you are well taken care of. I could not ask for a better group of professionals. Thanks to Marilyn, Julie, Dawn and Dr. Vutech for the fantastic care and skill level that is superlative.

I did a variety of things including Invisalign and teeth whitening. I use him for my general checkups but the cosmetic work he did I am especially pleased with. He is in North Kingstown which is a plus for me.
