The building outside could use some cleaning and so can the parking lot. Aside from that Walgreens has some good deals and the Rewards card program helps save some extra coin for those of us on a budget. They have a little bit of everything and the prescription drop off and pick up are always on time. I'm usually not stuck waiting over 5 minutes. Overall, it's a good location from military base I live in North Charleston. CVS is across from it but it's usually too crowded to my liking. I could probably spend over an hour just browsing stuff inside Walgreens lol. The staff usually friendly and helpful but there are a few that may come off as rude. read more

My review is more for the pharmacy, although I will say, every time I have been in, the cashier at the register has always said hello or "Welcome to Walgreens." Just the polite acknowledgment is awesome. Now, pharmacy. I recently switched to this for insurance reasons. I had been going to Harris Teeter and while they were nice enough, every person I've talked to from here so far has been incredibly kind and helpful whether I've talked to them on the phone or in the drive through window. I guess it's a little blessing that my insurance made me switch pharmacies! Also, as far as the other reviews talking about their trashy parking lot, I'm pretty sure that's because a lot of adult CUSTOMERS don't know how to operate a trash can, that's not the fault of the employees. You guys keep being nice. You rock! read more

I use this Walgreens mainly for printing out photos. It's about 2 minutes from my house so I use the online service for photos from home and can run down and pick up my prints within the hour. It's also convenient for me b/c it's right across the street from the Publix, and you know how much I LOVE to shop the Publix. I've tried to use this pharmacy twice and it was very unsuccessful so I keep my scripts across the street at the CVS. Why unsuccessful, because they're terribly slow. Once for me and once for my boyfriend and all we did was a ton of waiting and ended up moving our orders elsewhere to get filled. read more

This store. Bleh. It has the feel of a warehouse (no carpet or floor tile, nothing really popping out at you color wise, etc). There are never enough people working. If you are picking up a photo, be prepared to wait because the single cashier will be the one who has to help you... after she helps the line of people at the register. I don't go here too often, only when something I use daily is on sale really. Wouldn't recommend going out of your way to go to this location. read more

Absolutely the slowest curbside pick up service I have ever used. We waited almost 20 minutes until I called to inquire about my order. They had to look for my items. Unfortunately I only brought enough masks for me and not my two kids or we would've went inside. Two minutes later they brought my items and receipt out. I've been using this Walgreens for a year now after switching from another and have had nothing but frustration since I started. First of all they are slow as hell waiting on customers in the Pharmacy. Secondly, they techs are possibly the least friendly of any pharmacy I've used in recent years. Almost like you're putting them out because you're getting your meds. Lastly, the exterior of the store is disgusting. All the trees are hanging down and rub against the roof of my truck when I part, the lot is littered with garbage, and just dirty looking. I'm moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy and ridding myself of this unnecessary ass pain. read more

Literally an embarrassing service fiasco every visit. I have seen willful ignorance of multiple customers waiting at the counter, an inability to operate the computer check out, and a visible disdain of any and all customers during nearly each stop in. The incompetence and lethargy permeating this particular location is astounding. read more

If I could give this a half star I would, First of all I've been on these pills for over a year never had any problems til a couple months ago. Called to get it filled bc automated phone service did not work I spoke with lady to get pills filled and she said 2 hours granted I was in a crunch so I politely asked if it was possible be done sooner... Her smart a**** response there's 15 people ahead of you, what happened to just no... Secondly, I go to get pills they said wait time twenty minutes no big deal ended up sitting there for 40 bc of an authorization to get them cheaper due to insurance I always pay full price since I've been on them... Third, I go to get pills the final straw, Mind you these are birth control pills I'm on.. I go to get them and the lady goes we don't have them I've been on these pills for over a year does no one do inventory and then asks you if you can get them friday... it was Wednesday the day I needed the next active pill, I just got back in town from illinois.. And had the audacity to just blow it off, and sorry for the inconvenience whatever... Tell me how convenient a baby is!!!! I hate this walgreens I refuse to come back people are rude, never have my pills ect... I switched to the one off of folly road just to not deal with them anymore so please save yourself the hassle!!! read more

COUNT YOUR MEDICATIONS!!! Today I opened up my sealed prescriptions and there was 30 missing pills from my 60 quantity prescription. I went there to get to the bottom of it and the pharmacist said their inventory is 14 short so they've given out too many... so to me this means there is someone stealing medications out of people's prescriptions. He lied and told me he would explain the situation to my doctor and then told my doctor that there's no way they were incorrect and now I'm going to end up very sick without my medications. I will be switching pharmacies and I have filed complaints within the company and the licensing board. I will not be made to look like a pill abuser because they messed up. Be mindful and always count your medications using them! read more
