I worked in retail management for 10 years, and I just don't understand what the problem is with these people. Recently I went to go pick up a photo order, told the woman working the front my last name. She told me that I have no photo order, asked me if I'm sure. I showed her the e-mail confirmation and she insisted that I told her my last name was "S". Which doesn't even make any sense, my name sounds nothing like that. Fine, you can't hear, great, moving on. So she finally found my photo order after 10 minutes. Then I came in another time to purchase an item and I had a coupon for it (a big coupon too, $15 off an item). After 3 people (including the "manager") could not figure out how to "apply" the coupon, I was eventually turned away. Are you serious? That's something you figure out on the back end as a manager after the customer has left. I knew things were going nowhere when the called over the woman who couldn't find my photo order to help. Oh yeah, she'll take care of this! Then the manager asked me if I still wanted to buy the item after all that. I'm like, uhh no. There was instructions on the back of the coupon for how to accept for crying out loud. I work full time, have 2 kids, I'm just so sick of incompetence!! Now I'm in there again (I know, I'm crazy I just keep going back expecting a different experience), 3 of them trying to do a return for an old lady, talking about points, and several transactions, etc. I stood in line for 5 mins and walked out. Enough is enough. I have to say the people in the PHARMACY are great! They are totally competent and friendly, and get you in and out. They should spread out the smart people so they aren't all in one place :)

I understand they were busy, but they lost my future business due to 1) incorrect information and not evening checking in coverage 2) ignoring me and taking other customers 3) lack of compassion. This is new and scary, I am not a number and this is a medical supply store. Kindness would of been nice and I felt like I was a nuisance to them. I am all for small business and this is way out of the way for me. Two years ago, they were helpful in working with me to help a relative. I'm not sure what has changed but they need some sensitivity training.

For a few years now I have had to get cat meds compounded and they have always come through with quality & quickly. I drive 30+ min to get to them (and they are a nice, super-clean facility), but last year realized that they offer the option of shipping and have been doing that ever since. This week we were having an awful heatwave, but I was due for a refill, and I was so impressed when I received the package that the first thing I did was write this review. They don't think it is their job to do their jobs. They try to tell the patients that they have to contact the doctor when in the past that was the pharmacist role. I will tell my doctor I would rather be dead than work with people like them. They have such poor attitudes. They treat people like dirt and then play the victim. These are people that don't care how many people they harm. Just don't hurt their precious fragile feelings. If you ever do much as hurt their precious fragile feelings even though they have hurt your countless times, they will threaten to terminate the relationship. They can't live to the standard of behavior they set for their customers. Heartless. Cruel. Last year they refused to send my heart medication to another pharmacy. I had to explain to my doctor why I wasn't taking my medication for the last year. I told him it was because they didn't feel it was their job for me to get it. They have also made others errors that I was gracious enough to overlook. I am tried of being mistreated. Customers deserve better treatment.

I enrolled in Buderer Pharmacy's BHRT program because of its advertised customized approach managed…read moreby a pharmacist. Unfortunately, my experience did not produce the results I had hoped for. I remained on the same hormone dose for approximately 15 months with little improvement in my menopausal symptoms. When a saliva hormone test was finally recommended, it revealed significant hormone imbalances. Concerned about my lack of progress, I sought a second opinion from a physician at Cleveland Clinic. The physician ordered blood hormone testing and explained that regular hormone monitoring--typically every 3 months when starting hormone replacement therapy--is important to ensure both effectiveness and safety. This approach and ongoing monitoring were never discussed or offered during my consultations with the pharmacist. After switching to a new treatment plan under my physician's care, I experienced more than a 50% reduction in hot flashes and night sweats within the first month. This improvement highlighted that my previous treatment plan had not been adequately addressing my symptoms. For women seeking relief from menopausal symptoms, I strongly recommend working with a qualified healthcare provider to develop and monitor a treatment strategy. Pharmacists can be a valuable part of the care team, but in my case, remaining on the same dose for 15 months without meaningful improvement resulted in continued symptoms and worsening hormone imbalance.
