The customer service here is the worst. Leaves you sitting in the drive thru with no explanations and zero courtesy.

When you say you are going to deliver stuff do it and not say that it has been delayed why offer delivery when you can't do it

I called back 10 minutes later & say on hold for another 22 minutes before I hung up AGAIN. Wasted almost an hour for nothing. Unfortunately my Dr. sent a RX here, I've had the same exact insurance for 10 years BUT they texted saying we have no insurance info on file. I called TO PROVIDE WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE ON FILE ALREADY. THEY CLEARLY IVNORE THE PHONE PURPOSELY. No exaggerations .... Refer to picture of the second phone call time on hold the whole time (with ONE caller ahead of me? BULLSHIT!) Option B was go in to the store & waste an hour waiting in line cuz they are always extremely slow & careless that they're being busy. They had a BUCKET catching water ON A SHELF IN THE ISLE due to the leaking roof (that bucket stayed for over 1.5 years) that should be a sign that the place is a dump. Go out of your way to take your business elsewhere if possible. The other reviews all speak the same words & poor rating that I'm giving. It should be no surprise. Bring back private owned pharmacies. The service was actually genuine. These chains don't give a damn about us customers. A complete waste of time here. Spend your money elsewhere. If we stop going they will close

Wonderfull staff that has been sacrificing so much of their own personal health and happiness to…read moreattempt to please the demands of disgustingly rude human garbage. Not a day goes by where the staff is able to just do their jobs; with the constant harrassment of repeat offenders who seem to crave the suffering they can inflict on others, to the overwhelmingly terrible ways that customers believe they can treat their healthcare workers, a happy and healthy workplace, this cannot be. Insurance issues are not the fault of the pharmacy; your insurance is at fault. A prescription being improperly written is not the fault of the pharmacy; its your doctor who is at fault. Your script not being "filled" on time, when you never called it in, refused to listen to the numerous phone calls, refused auto fills, and waited 3 weeks to pick up your meds is not the fault of the pharmacy, that is YOUR fault. Waiting too long on the phone too long; not the fault of the pharmacy: there are numerous patients in the store who come first. Your phone call about how your prescription being 8 cents more expensive than it was last time can wait. A prescription taking "too long" to be filled is not the fault of the pharmacy; it is the fast-foodification of the healthcare system in which waiting 15 minutes to ensure your medications dont KILL you becomes some sort of personal insult, as well as an inconvenience of which you will "never recover from", ie, your impatienence and utter lack of understanding as to how pharmacies function, is at fault. Stop treating those who are trying their hardest, through the middle of a pandemic no less, to keep everyone safe and healthy, like trash. They've suffered enough with the stress of the positions theyre in as is; don't make it worse for them because of your own ignorance and impatience. It's funny how quickly the pharmacy workers flip from being "heroes" to persoanl punching bags at the littlest inconveniences that are not even remotely in their control. Grow up. The world does not revolve around you.

(2 stars only because Joyce tried)…read more My experience at CVS Pharmacy - 264 E Main St felt less like healthcare and more like interrupting a middle school sleepover that somehow has access to prescriptions. The main issues during my visits and calls involved Maria and Mina. Calling the pharmacy is an adventure. Instead of someone who knows... pharmacy things... you get background laughing, yelling, side conversations, and the vibe that you just dialed into someone's group chat. Patient notes? Apparently optional. Understanding what medical device or medication you're calling about? A fun surprise for everyone involved. Trying to explain what you need is met with Maria telling you, "You need a prescription for THAT," which would be helpful if the person saying it had even the faintest idea what "that" is. In person isn't better. Scanning a QR code? Too much effort if it requires stepping out from the window because it's cold. I'm sorry -- I'm the sick one. This is a pharmacy. Not a weather-dependent pop-up kiosk. Updating insurance information somehow becomes a group project no one wants to do. Mina was involved here, and the same pattern followed -- confusion, resistance, and an attitude that basic pharmacy tasks are an inconvenience. Communication is chaotic, professionalism is on vacation, and getting straight answers feels like asking toddlers to run a hospital. Joyce (front end/assistant manager?) was the only person who made a visible attempt to help, which is the sole reason this review is not one star. Healthcare is already stressful. Patients don't need to fight for basic competence, accurate information, or to be spoken to like human beings. If you enjoy guessing games, background noise, and staff who seem personally offended by having to do pharmacy work, this is your spot. If you actually need medical help? Buckle up.

Well I've been visiting this CVS for about 7 years and while the service can really be hit or miss,…read morethis is no doubt a convenient location. you enter through Main street and exit on a side street. Many people use the same entrance as an exit and that's ok but can be hairy when there's a ton of midday/afternoon traffic. Thye have all of the hair products a girl could need before work - and I have probably spent $200 in panty hose on the run too. They have the size ya want just not much variety. CVS is also the go-to location for holiday candy, be it easter, xmas, Halloween . it doesn't matter - they often have discounts or buy one get ones on candy bags and all of the choices are premium - not blah bargain brands. Used to get my prescriptions filled here, and receive them in the drive through but it started getting wicked busy every time I went so I transferred it elsewhere, Now for about the last 2-3 years there's been the most miserable older woman working the front desk. She hates her life and is really miserable , doesn't want to work really. Its offputting AS HELL when I notice the general discontent she has and give her the best cheery attitude - seems to work- till she tells you to put your cart or basket back at the entrance.- no Please no thank you - just COULDJA put this back fuh me? I laughed the first time and almost uttered "yah sure I'll do your job for ya!" I swear she'd ask someone in a wheelchair to do it, a little kid or a deaf person. She needs a customer service phone job where she can pretend to care without having to interact with people. It took me a while - like almost 2 years to calm down enough to write this - but I did call the phone customer service line for CVS and filed a formal complaint some time ago, since I was not the only one that had this wonderful experience. Since then check out has been a much more streamlined and pleasant experience.

This review is only for the pharmacy…read more I was deeply disappointed by my experience at this CVS pharmacy. I entered the store with my toddler and observed the line forming in aisle 13 for the pharmacy, where another parent and child were already waiting. I made sure to walk my son around to stand behind them in an orderly and respectful way. When it was almost our turn, the pharmacy tech looked at me and told me that the line was actually in aisle 12, despite the fact that the two customers ahead of me had not been corrected and there were no signs indicating where the line should be. It felt as though I was being singled out. I complied and moved, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Situations like this can easily come across as biased or discriminatory, and CVS should take steps to ensure all customers are treated equally and consistently. This experience made me question whether I was treated differently because of how I look, and that should never happen in a place of business. Needless to say, regardless of its convenience, we will never step foot in this CVS pharmacy again.
