This review is only for the pharmacy. I was deeply disappointed by my experience at this CVS pharmacy. I entered the store with my toddler and observed the line forming in aisle 13 for the pharmacy, where another parent and child were already waiting. I made sure to walk my son around to stand behind them in an orderly and respectful way. When it was almost our turn, the pharmacy tech looked at me and told me that the line was actually in aisle 12, despite the fact that the two customers ahead of me had not been corrected and there were no signs indicating where the line should be. It felt as though I was being singled out. I complied and moved, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Situations like this can easily come across as biased or discriminatory, and CVS should take steps to ensure all customers are treated equally and consistently. This experience made me question whether I was treated differently because of how I look, and that should never happen in a place of business. Needless to say, regardless of its convenience, we will never step foot in this CVS pharmacy again. read more

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. The pharmacist was truly nice on the phone. He kindly advised me the best over-the-counter medicine. When I came on-site, he walked me to the correct location in the aisles to get the items. Excellent customer service! Please remember to use your loyalty card to get more customized coupons. This CVS was conveniently located a short drive from a Panera Bread, gas station, post office and Roche Brothers supermarket. The point of improvement would be to have a mini-clinic on-site. read more

Worst customer service ever , I understand you guys are worked to sh't but , that doesn't mean make your customers wait over an hour and be rude. Let's start off with the fact that he was struggling to central search my name. Because he didn't want to transfer a script. When I know 100 % I'm on the system. These people never pick up the phone I have had to call the front end multiple times. And even the store manager had nothing to say except there busy. What in the world ? Lazy lazy lazy. I asked to pay for medication out of pocket he was in no way helpful couldn't even add a rx discount card that I know is sitting directly in front of his face. . I was told I must wear a mask at the drive through today. This comes after the outdoor mandate has been lifted and the science is very clear that transmission doesn't occur outdoors. people who cannot or choose not to wear masks need an option for picking up prescriptions. This is what a pick up window is for. As a pharmacist myself, I find this policy irresponsible and dangerous and CVS should be ashamed. I drove away and transferred all of my prescriptions and will never return. read more

I typically like coming here but moan every time if Margaret is the one at the register. She never says hello...rolls her eyes when you're getting out your card and then pisses and sighs when something doesnt go right for her. I've been going there for years and have never seen her smile let alone say a kind word to any customer. Tonight my coupon didnt register..she accused me of using someone else's card even tho she scanned my card from my phone and the coupon was on the app on my phone so it didnt even make any sense why she would ask that. We live in Westborough so this is our local CVS. Spent 20 minutes there today trying to printo photo's with no luck. I assumed Ihad a bad thumb drive. I went home and downloaded 35 photo's on to a new drive. I went back and had the same issue, it was then I was informed both Kodak machines had bad thumb drive ports and did not work. No sign on either machine and no sorry for my wasted effort. The main issue with this location is the horrific ciggarette smell that permiates the entire front of the store. It is so strong that when you leave your clothes reek of stale smoke. It is either from employees smoking directly outside the front door or employees smoking in the back room. Either way it is disgusting. CVS corporate needs to evaluate this location and make changes that reflect the fact that this is a store dedicated to health and wellness, not a local marijuana shop. read more

Their pharmacy prices are higher than other places - and they refuse to honor the price on my GoodRX coupons - refusing to take GoodRX Gold, and charging ~$5 more than the listed coupon price. Also, any time you drop off a prescription or make any changes, they force you to wait an hour. This is NOT a CVS standard - I go to another store down the street and they fill it while you wait. They refuse to do anything to lower their prices or accommodate their wait period. Skip their pharmacy, and go somewhere else read more

Well I've been visiting this CVS for about 7 years and while the service can really be hit or miss, this is no doubt a convenient location. you enter through Main street and exit on a side street. Many people use the same entrance as an exit and that's ok but can be hairy when there's a ton of midday/afternoon traffic. Thye have all of the hair products a girl could need before work - and I have probably spent $200 in panty hose on the run too. They have the size ya want just not much variety. CVS is also the go-to location for holiday candy, be it easter, xmas, Halloween . it doesn't matter - they often have discounts or buy one get ones on candy bags and all of the choices are premium - not blah bargain brands. Used to get my prescriptions filled here, and receive them in the drive through but it started getting wicked busy every time I went so I transferred it elsewhere, Now for about the last 2-3 years there's been the most miserable older woman working the front desk. She hates her life and is really miserable , doesn't want to work really. Its offputting AS HELL when I notice the general discontent she has and give her the best cheery attitude - seems to work- till she tells you to put your cart or basket back at the entrance.- no Please no thank you - just COULDJA put this back fuh me? I laughed the first time and almost uttered "yah sure I'll do your job for ya!" I swear she'd ask someone in a wheelchair to do it, a little kid or a deaf person. She needs a customer service phone job where she can pretend to care without having to interact with people. It took me a while - like almost 2 years to calm down enough to write this - but I did call the phone customer service line for CVS and filed a formal complaint some time ago, since I was not the only one that had this wonderful experience. Since then check out has been a much more streamlined and pleasant experience. read more

Rude employees. You would think you are asking them to do something that isn't part of their job. Went in to get a passport photo which isn't difficult but with the first employee it was impossible and he clearly had no clue how to take the photo so he gets his manager who takes one photo (which was horrible) rudely says receipt has been emailed BYE! You are in customer service position so learn how to work with people as it IS part of your job. read more

I realize the pharmacy staff is overworked but this is no excuse for the rude, unprofessional treatment I have received too often the drive up window employees. I have gone there for prescriptions for myself and my family for several years but no more. There have been so many times my provider calls in a prescription but they claim they haven't received it which is a mystery they have no interest in solving. I've had the providers call them again and again. Clearly there's some kind of issue with their organizational protocols but that shouldn't be my problem. But it is, because I've had to go without necessary medication many times, harming my health while they perhaps try to untangle themselves from their own incompetence. Or not. There's no indication of care or compassion whatsoever. Except for for one young man who is always polite and caring, the staff, especially the pharmacy techs are shockingly rude. The need for prescription medication is personal and intimate- to consistently treat patients in such a demeaning way is unprofessional, insensitive, and inexcusable. read more

Located right on Rt 30, this location was quite busy for a weekday morning. I had just seen my MD a block over and wanted to get my new prescription filled as quickly and Easily as possible. The staff was friendly and I was out within fifteen minutes. read more

Customer service at this CVS in Westborough, MA location leaves much to be desired. The old woman at the cash register/photo section is a curmudgeon and extremely rude. In fairness, those at the pharmacy section seemed to be quite pleasant (no direct interaction with them, solely based on overheard interaction with customers when I was in the back area). I've been warned by friends about the bad service from this particular CVS store -- especially those at the front register. My recent experience just validated this and I hope the manager of this store is paying attention to complaints from PAYING customers. CVS used to stand for "Convenience, Value and Service" and now convenience is questionable (there are better alternatives), value is really non-existent and service just sucks. read more

I have been a long-time customer of this particular CVS and I really do prefer this one over most of The others in Massachusetts. The only things that can be a little bit of a nuisance are the carts never seem to be returned to the cart corral inside the store they are 85% of the time all over the sidewalk blocking the way for people to get in the entrance forcing them to walk around cars in the cramped parking lotwhich can be extremely dangerous and hazardous in the winter time but yet it happens every year and they always seem to be vacuuming multiple times during the day instead of when the store opens and when the store closes. It's a little bit of the pain when you're trying to get a particular item and then I'll and you can't because someone's either vacuuming right there or you're there and somebody's vacuuming behind you. But other than that I love their store love their selection of gifts during the holidays especially on Halloween. The pharmacy is always helpful to very friendly staff. read more
