All in all, I prefer this place over others. It's 24 hours, they always have what I need, and majority of the time the employees there are really knowledgeable, informative, very nice, understanding (especially during these times in the pandemic), polite, respectful, and not judgemental. This is a popular pharmacy and I have learned what times are the best for shorter wait times; longest was about 45 minutes but there was like 20 people in the pharmacy line and it was during rush hour just before dinner time. Also, I have never had an issue with my prescriptions. They always fill them correctly for me and my family. There was a few times over the years I have met rude employees but I only saw them once or twice and never saw them again. Over all, if you want a dependable pharmacy and don't mind waiting in line... this is a good pharmacy to go to.

The pharmacist has been doing it for years she followed in the footsteps of her mother and her father who have both since retired. The price is a very very reasonable they go out of their way to make sure they get the best price for your prescription. They also offer free delivery in Attleboro. I know this because I have a client who gets her medicine delivered from them and she lives in assisted-living by Lassale trine. They also have cards as well as other types of toiletries and pharmacy items you need like powder or cream more that type of stuff. I went in yesterday and they have now put in a eyeglass store so you can bring your prescriptions in and pick up the eyeglasses and stuff and have them filled so it's kind like one stop shopping type of thing. First, let me state that this is my 3rd time at this store in about four years.  My previous visits went well.   Customer service, employee interactions, product selections, and availability were very good.  My experience, this time, was marred significantly by two employees when I sought to check out. Asset employee Jeffrey Porter-he very belligerently gave me his name--was very hostile and kept interjecting negative comments while I was speaking to another employee who was called over in reference to the 15 item limit policy  There was only one cashier on duty at the time at register 5. She was checking out a large order. Additionally, he stated he was "The Enforcer"of store policy. Stated that there was a lot of theft at this store. With all that that implies, it was obvious he believed i was stealing. Otherwise, why bring up theft when im inquiring about policy? And that the manager was not available. When I asked for a number and Store Mgr name, I was told that didn't matter.  This occurred at approximately 8 am. The second employee was a grey haired grandmotherly type and also was rude.  The 3rd employee i interacted with was trying to explain the 15 item limit policy in between comments and interjections from Jeffrey Porter.  However, she did manage to understand that i understood the time of day and staffing of cashiers in the morning and that my issue was the poor customer service I was experiencing from the two employees.  She also stated I would get the store managers name and phone number i could call from the receipt.  The managers name was, "TBD." So. I am going to call the number and see if I can get a name later this morning. I urge all seniors/veterans to avoid this location until such a time as these employees can receive training/retraining or counseling for the PTSD they are obviously suffering from due to to the "thefts" they told me about  in addition to having a manager named TBD.

I requested to have the manager come up and he claimed that he doesn't understand why my receipt has a different card number. I proceeded to explain that I use my debt card for all of my purchases and even offered to show him the exact amount of the receipt that was taken out of my debit card banking account. He finally agreed to "credit" the card and was not able to provide me with any sort of receipt confirming that I had a credit due. Almost a week later and I still have not seen the credit show up on my account! My advice, don't return anything if you don't have to! I'm very disappointed because I have good experiences otherwise. I am changing my rating due to the fact that I received the refund on my debt card yesterday.
