Love Walgreens, great service, lines were not long at all, had exactly what I needed on the shelves at a reasonable price.

I have been to this Walgreens many of times as it is close to my house and easy to pick up prescriptions. Not sure if the pharmacy staff are short staffed but it takes forever to get a prescription filled. Can't even go through the drive through half the time because the wait is too long and they don't move people along. It just sits stagnate averaging about 1 car every 5-7 minuets. Will take my business else where. read more

This is absolute worst Walgreens to go if you intend on using the pharmacy. They are ridiculously slow & can't multi task. It literally took 25 minutes of sitting in the drive thru to drop off a prescription (literally drop it off to picked up later) before even being acknowledged. On one occasion, I dropped a script off for meds I was out of & the cashier told me it would be ready in an hour. I gave them 2 hours to fill it, went back to pick it up about 30 minutes before closing time & the same cashier who waited on me earlier told me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. I let her know that when I dropped it off hours earlier, she told me it would be ready to pick in an hour & that I couldn't wait until tomorrow bc I was completely out of the medication. She then preceded to get my medication filled & sent it to me. I've also had to wait 30 minutes extra because they "lost" my filled medication, misplaced my debit card, I've also had to wait longer to get meds bc they accidentally sent the info to my insurance twice & that caused a delay bc they had to contact the insurance to fix their mistake. I understand everyone has off days, but this isn't a rare occurrence. It's every single time. I have used several Walgreens pharmacies in the past, and this one is by far the absolute worst. If I there was a different location that was easily accessible to me, I would switch in a heartbeat. read more

The pharmacy is deplorable, what happened to Walgreens?!?! They seem so uptight and rushed, even annoyed that you have a prescription. They ALWAYS tell you they "only have the generic", or a "therapeutic equivalent". What does that even mean? My doctor was angry that they substituted a different drug than what he prescribed. I transferred all my prescriptions to the new HEB store right down the street and they have been so helpful and friendly. It's been one of the best moves I've made. HEB also impressed me with how much they donated and contributed to hurricane Harvey recovery victims. read more

Typically I use CVS but I have used these guys two times now to fill my prescriptions. The fill time on prescriptions are 3+ hours. The staff is not knowledgable and unprofessional. I would much rather drive the extra miles to a CVS. read more

This is one of the worst Walgreen stores I have ever been to in my life. I mean the store part is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. It mostly has young people working there and they have no idea what they are doing. They overcharged my grandmother on medicine and they wouldn't take the medicine that wasn't suppose to be there back. Also it took them a week to refill my medication. The doctor would called it in the day I got the prescription or I would bring the prescription up here and they would tell me it would be ready by a certain time and of course when I went to get it, they said it wasn't ready yet. No reason why. So I highly recommend that people don't come to this Walgreens for its pharmacy. They need to hire people who know what they are doing or do a better job at training their employees. read more
