Love multi-use products! Lol. Don't hesitate to ask for tips here either. The MAC associates here are more than happy to train you on how to accomplish the look you're aiming for. They'll even suggest new bold ones. I'll admit, I learned a few on this visit. Who wants to have a play makeup date?! Lol. ;P One other thing to note which IMO sets MAC apart aside from the top quality of their products is that when I'm being assisted by an associate, they always clean/disinfect(!) the products before use. Never have I tried on any product off any cosmetic counter until I started using MAC years ago. Who has time to guess if a color works from trying products on your backhand only to find out at home it was the wrong shade on your face or lips? Also, MAC stands behind their products. So if it doesn't work for you, bring your product back for an exchange in color preference. And no, they never repackage returned products, nor do they get tossed in the trash. They get sent back to corporate. Sure, you could browse online and buy online, but it doesn't compare to the hands on experience as when coming here and 'playing' or trying the products on. Stop by and stock up! It's never too early to Christmas shop either!! Ask any female (wife, sistas, mama, nieces, peers), they'll agree. ;D

I called about an exchange and unfortunately I didn't have the receipt or the box. The woman told me that they couldn't look up my receipt and had an attitude with me. She told me to call customer service so they can call her and authorize the transaction. The lady in customer service told me that I didn't need the box and she's be happy to call in the authorization so I can exchange my trimmers. Call 1-866-234-9442 if you have issues! Today's review is from the perspective of pharmacy services. I was here for immunizations that I…read moreneed to stay working. The appointment process is fantastic--all online and simple. Arriving ten minutes before my appointment there was a loooong line at the pharmacy. The special garage door for COVID Vaccines was closed with signage indicating ask at the pharmacy desk for FREE take home tests. No thanks. I waited in the line behind six others who were there for a variety of things, most picking up prescriptions. Fifteen minutes later I made it to the front. There was a bit of confusion as to whether I needed additional paperwork (I competed it in the app). I was sent to have a seat and wait. Seven seats and they were all taken, so I stood. I have no problem with standing--I'm merely pointing out that they were oversubscribed. I was called back up and given...paperwork. Why would I spend time in the online system to "expedite" my visit..,only ti do it manually at the pharmacy? Furthermore, why would I fill out the same Vaccine Administration Record questionnaire for each shot? Then there was an employee shift change. Evidentially the app allowed me and some others to schedule at this awkward time. I waited for a full hour after my appointment. Each time there was an immunization the person administering it would lock up and disappear for a cigg break or something for 10 minutes. Must be unionized. I would have left, but they had my immunization record and I don't feel like recreating that. This place stinks to get in and out of, and frankly I avoid it because of that. I wouldn't be here tonight if they had not offered me an appointment. Bottom line--save yourself the frustration and an evening. Go to Walmart for your vaccines. Most certainly avoid this Walgreens.
