For example, I live 35 minutes away and have numerous pharmacies within a 3 mile radius from me yet I choose the drive because they are by far the fastest, most reliable and most inexpensive pharmacy I've dealt with and being a nurse I've dealt with many. It's been around 6 years dealing with them now and I've had zero issues. The staff are also the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever dealt with in this area. I choose the 1 hour round trip over the 8 minute one for a reason.

Fantastic staff and service!…read more They went so far out of their way to help me during the nation-wide shortage of ADHD meds. This was an extremely difficult time. I tried Walgreens and Krogers (both rude and apathetic) before coming here and being pleasantly surprised. The lady with short hair has a tough exterior, I thought she hated me at first haha. But came to realize she just has a busy job that she takes very seriously, which makes her seem that way. The younger guy with a beard is a hero. One time I was getting jerked around for days by my insurance company. I literally gave him my phone and let him do the talking, and it was fixed that day. I moved away but HAD to leave a review first!

That's was great, but wait there's more! After confirming it in stock, I told the pharmacist that I had to call my pharmacy and transfer it to sure save. He said "I can take care of that for you so you don't have to worry about it." So here's the thing. He didn't have to do that. He took it the extra step and completely exceeded my expectations. Given the fact that I'm in a lot of pain from my ER visit last night, I really REALLY appreciated that.

I can't say enough kind things or recommend her enough. She does take FSA and HSA. Sheila does lymphatic massage and it's been life changing. Victoria noticed some areas that needed to be addressed. In 4 sessions with Sheila I am almost clear of everything. It is a painless enjoyable 1 hour session. Please note this is not a hands on massage rather a treatment utilizing what looks like glass bulbs. She as well takes FSA and HSA. Terry is the owner and he's amazing. My…read moregranddaughter drove 30 minutes to get there, only to find a note on the door that said they were "closed for a delivery" and " sorry." I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. Shame on you!

I called from the parking lot, someone came…read moreout during a torrential rainstorm, threw it in my open trunk and said "someone will call you". They didn't. Next came Lincare. They should be investigated, just my opinion. I needed supplies but didn't see many other options available in Huntsville. I'd driven by Neighborhood CPAP and at this point didn't have a lot to lose. Still, I didn't have high expectations. I had no expectations. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. It was welcoming, warm even, so very different from my other experiences. We talked about what I had vs what I needed. My insurance was verified and I was told that my doctor at UAB would receive a call on Monday to get a new prescription. Including time for shipping (free) I'd have my supplies by the end of the week. And I did. Neighborhood CPAP offers to contact you when you are eligible for new supplies. If any of you are caught in the Lincare resupply reminder hell, you will be thrilled with Neighborhood's approach. I always felt the other CPAP suppliers looked at users as a captive audience who existed purely to support their bottom line. Neighborhood looks at things differently - from the customer's point of view. The way businesses should work. I can't speak to the competitiveness of their pricing - I pay my copay and then wait for my box to arrive. They are located on a very busy stretch of 72 and with the adjoining restaurants, parking isn't always great. Also, their hours aren't the best for those who work during the week, even Saturday hours are only from 10-2. Yet, even noting this, I continue to be a loyal customer. Neighborhood CPAP is a "breath" of fresh air. (Couldn't pass that one up!)
