They didn't give anyone notice at all! WTF? Now trying to find another supplier quickly. I cannot believe they apparently did not care enough for their customers who are on oxygen 24/7 to give us a heads up!

Then when she checked on my friend's brand - drive - she found they had 4 pairs in stock. She had them put aside for me at the front desk, so when we got there half an hour later, we just had to pay. And the staff installed the extenders for us. I'm surprised by the negative reviews this store got in the past. But of course we didn't need a refund or special equipment, and we were able to pay out of pocket. They gave us great service and I think good value for our money. And the showroom was very spacious and bright, and the staff member answered my friend's questions about a lighter-weight wheelchair and even took a couple out for us to see.

Propst is a nice locally owned pharmacy that I believe opened in 1959. The owner, Darden, also owns…read moreStar Market grocery store that is directly across the street on Pratt, and a Star Market Grocery and (I could be wrong) also a Propst Drugs in Meridianville, AL, and is affiliated with Hunnington Pharmacy in SE Huntsville. Now that the history lesson is out of the way, I have to say this Propst is a nice addition to Five Points. When I lived nearby on Ward, Propst Drugs was very convenient as it was open seven days a week, and I liked you could pick up over-the-counter items there, and Propst offered the convenience of an in-house post office counter. Darden, the pharmacist at the time, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I never considered it a "discount" pharmacy/drugstore; however, that may be an artifact from its name when it opened in the 1950s. I like that the business model has changed over the years, with the initiation of a "walk in clinic" here, I think around 2010, and the consolidation of the durable medical equipment at this location (which was formerly on Governers Drive). I can't comment to the walk-in clinic or the durable medical equipment since I have not used either. The convenience to both Star Market grocery (which has an in-store pharmacy) and the Propst Drug Store are huge assets to those living in Five Points. Most residents can walk to both stores and even dine at 1892 East across the street. Thank you, Darden, for keeping Huntsville's "Heritage" alive!

If only I had been able to start there! The staff was so friendly and helpful, that I almost wanted to buy new wheelchairs! They ordered the parts the same day I visited and gave me the date they would be ready. Not only did they do an exceptional job on the repairs, but the wheelchairs were ready a day earlier than promised. That was better than I could have hoped for because of a tight schedule. I will go back to them for any future needs, repairs or new! I highly recommend Attention Medical Supply and encourage anyone to check with them first!

I called from San Diego last Thursday and made arrangements for a wheelchair pick-up on Friday. My…read moregranddaughter drove 30 minutes to get there, only to find a note on the door that said they were "closed for a delivery" and " sorry." I think it would have made smart business sense to notify those customers in advance who were scheduled to pick up equipment that day. Very unprofessional. I called back on Monday, explaining my daughter couldn't pick up the wheelchair today due to knee replacement surgery. Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people. Shame on you!

This strip mall has been here *forever* ya'll. The Lincare staff are really sweet, friendly, and helpful!! They take the time to explain what various pieces of the 02 concentrator and travel devices are, how to connect them and what may be causing issues - if we have issues. They are also well versed in what is/is not covered by insurance and what specifically needs to happen regarding insurance and related items. Overall, Lincare does a good job of delivering all the supplies Mom needs to her memory care. Why no 5th star? I think it's a COVID-related thing. Since COVID, deliveries have been hit or miss, and there have been quality control issues with the canisters. I've opened "brand new" [meaning Lincare refilled them and sealed them] 02 canisters for Mom to use on our outings, and they were not full at all, but nearly empty. On one visit to Mom, sister and I went through ~ 3 canisters that had problems before finding one in the delivery batch that was in good shape and full of 02. We also thought one canister was leaking, which is not good at all! Also, my sister has had to take empty canisters all the way from **way** down south parkway to this office which is a good distance, to get the bottles refilled. This is *not* convenient and shouldn't happy with good quality controls in place. Hopefully, things will even out, and Lincare's QC and regular deliveries to Mom will go back to pre-COVID, where we very rarely had any problems.
