Her husband couldn't pick it up because he was working and my granddaughter couldn't pick it up because she was at school doing pre-graduation activities. Family and friends flying in from all over and all we asked was to pick up the wheelchair last Friday. After speaking to an employee there, who apologized and made excuses about being short staffed, I asked if it could be delivered. I was told that it could, with the normal delivery charge of $50 being reduced to $25 because of the hassle. That being said, since the chair was only $20 to rent, it still felt insulting. So my granddaughter left school to get the wheelchair for her Mom to attend her graduation tomorrow, and she was treated rudely by them when she arrived. Very unprofessional group of people.
