We have had some issues come up but they have been great at working with me to resolve the issues. I will say getting through their phone process to speak to the staff can test your patience as it is time consuming and sometimes you get nowhere and hangup. Now I save my prescriptions and wait and take them to Pillbox even if its the next day. I never wait more than 15 to 20 minutes. I live about 15 to 20 minutes away and if I call it in its always ready by the time I get there. Once when I had a cold Ricky gave me a rx bottle of a medicine that was just called cold medicine #2. It only cost me a couple of dollars and really helped with my cold. I'm sure it was an over the counter preparation they have behind the counter but it came in a prescription bottle. This was before there were so many restrictions on pseudoephedrine. So it may not be available anymore but it meant a lot that he went out of his way to help me out. At the time I worked next door to him at Foodland but I don't think he knew that. Also I've compared prices and they are consistently cheaper by far than other pharmacies. Always use mom & pop health mart pharmacies. They are always cheaper than Walgreens or other large chain pharmacies. As long as Pillbox is in business they will always be my pharmacy.-Tony Fuqua
