She made this store feel like home and talking with her she made you feel like she knew you your whole life. Friendliness like hers doesn't happen often so when I run across someone like her, she stands out. I hope management appreciates her contributions to the company's overall success. Personalities, kindness and compassion are hard to come by and she deserves any success in life that comes her way. I appreciate her making the shopping task an enjoyable one.

I wouldnt have had a problem if he just told me to step out. He was being extremely rude and hostile. I couldnt hear him correctly and asked him about 10 times to repeat himself because all I saw was a random stranger holding his throat trying speaking words i couldnt understand. I didnt know he was an employee until after I understood him yet he still threatened to call the cops on me. Hes obviously stressed out but this was my worst experience after 5-6 years religiously coming to this store. He probably doesnt have to trauma dump that he has cancer after i told him i dont understand him he just turned red and started yelling at me louder... as best as he could . Sucks he has cancer but you cant treat customers like that especially if you can barely talk and without a uniform. Definitely needs to stay out of customer service if he cant talk.

I told that angry female at the register, its ok & *politely* thanked her, despite her (unwarranted) hostile feelings toward me prior to this visit. Partly because its my nature to be polite, but also to invalidate her hate. Shes just a stranger; a literal NO body... as I *should* be to her since weve never had conflict from my end prior (im in the industry. So I get it. But also, I DONT KNOW THIS LADY!) I debated putting the btl back in the cooler myself but when she angrily snapped & said, "Ill put it back!" (Mind you.. I. Didnt. Ask.) Kindness was out of the question for me. However, after that, I *did* ask, if that was a problem since she clearly wanted me to know that it was... or she wouldve just let me leave in peace & walk out the door. Her reply? "Ill put it back!" (Again. I. Didnt. Freaking. Ask ) and that strong, consistent hate bias tells me ALL I need to know about *you* hon. Confidence doesn't behave like this. Thats *bitterness*. all she had to do was walk 15 - 20 ft & take ONE btl of Dasani back to the cooler. Thats sheer laziness.. Because of her ongoing *disrespect* towards me, I finally reminded her that it IS in fact *her* job to put it back ( i know im not on the payroll. You want respect?! Dont be disrespectful) And then... AND THEN.. when i finally had enough, she argues & tells me it NOT her job to put it back. I worked at multiple gas stations.. it IS her job LOLOLOL Bless her heart.. she didnt scare me away like she hoped. Im close enough to 40 & it kinda seems she took me for someone naiive & succeptible to manipulative behavior. Imma keep going there at my convenience.
