The first stall had a completely clogged toilet with tons of toilet paper and pee in the toilet. We went to the other stall, but there was no toilet paper so I went back to the first stall to try to get toilet paper, but it would not come out. I went up to the young attendant and asked for toilet paper and he said we might have some and went back and had to go into two places to get it and gave me toilet paper. Before I walked out I said you need to restock that restroom with paper towels and soap so no one else has to buy necessities. His response was "it's not a public restroom."
