This TD/Shell was super clean with easy access from 72 or Balch Road. The pumps worked as expected and trash cans were not overflowing. There were plenty of gas pumps, and parking spots. The store interior was stocked well, and was clean and modern. The TD offers all the convenience store accoutrements you would expect except vino. There is no vino in this store. They do have beer for sale. I can't speak to the coffee or the restrooms as I just glanced around the TD and got back to running errands. Thanks, TD, for offering a large, clean, well-lighted gas station experience in a part of town that really needs this (I'm looking at you Mapco on the north side of 72 at County Line Road - which is super tight in terms of space and frequented by panhandlers)!

There are plenty of gas pumps to use although some were not up and running yet. This is the first time I've come across a touch screen gas pump. It has all the latest technology even contactless payments although it doesn't appear to be enabled. Sign up for the Shell rewards program for a discount on your gas or use your Kroger Reward points here! The gas pump handle was plastic which was much lighter than the traditional and the button to hold the handle was different than normal. Shell is a top tier detergent gas station and highly recommended by automakers. The price is sometimes higher than other stations but worth it. This location is nice because it features a White Bison coffee inside and in their drive thru. The inside was very clean and modern.

The "Open" sign WAS on when I pulled in - but when I walked up to the door it turned off and the clerk who WATCHED ME DRIVE UP TO THE PUMP disappeared. No note on the door/no explanation of ANY KIND. Just locked and unwelcoming. I stood outside for 10 minutes trying to find the contact Info and finally walked back to my car. As I DROVE OUT OF THE PARKING LOT, THE OPEN SIGN TURNED BACK ON AND THE LIGHTS AT THE PUMPS TURNED ON. When hubs went inside to check, he happily returned with a six pack. He said the store clerk was helpful providing him a bag to put the six single cans in. It's nice to find the prize when scavenger hunting. Circle K has pizza, sandwiches, fountain drinks and lots of other merchandise. I was very surprised at the number of patrons purchasing items that did not buy gas. This is a favorite convenience store for many.

The folks that complained about the manager to us, you were correct in your assessments and opinions. No one likes to be ignored, talked down to or having someone gaslight them.
