The drinks are COLD and that's the most positive thing I can say. They occasionally have warm food, but rarely have warm grab and go food ready. Their gas prices are now above average. Their fuel rewards program, which would almost but not quite align their gas price with average is clumsy and sometimes you don't get the discount at the pump because of the wicked dance and start over you have to sometimes do between debit and credit. This TD/Shell was super clean with easy access from 72 or Balch Road. The pumps worked as expected and trash cans were not overflowing. There were plenty of gas pumps, and parking spots. The store interior was stocked well, and was clean and modern. The TD offers all the convenience store accoutrements you would expect except vino. There is no vino in this store. They do have beer for sale. I can't speak to the coffee or the restrooms as I just glanced around the TD and got back to running errands. Thanks, TD, for offering a large, clean, well-lighted gas station experience in a part of town that really needs this (I'm looking at you Mapco on the north side of 72 at County Line Road - which is super tight in terms of space and frequented by panhandlers)!

This one is kind of strange because there was a Mapco directly across on the other side of the highway. I guess the company is trying to get people both coming and going.

However, this gas station has an asset that makes this a place to go. Mr. Brian the cashier I encountered today was super friendly and seemed honestly concerned about his customers. He greeted me upon entry with a smile and thanked me for stopping by. This man certainly ought to be a trainer as he sets high goals to ensure customer satisfaction. Nice job Mr. Brian. OH and BTW the station was clean and inviting, but the service is what sets it apart.

It's 9:30 on Monday 11/24/24; the SprintMart on the corner of Jordan Lane and Holmes is closed …read more. The doors are locked the lights at the pumps are off. The "Open" sign WAS on when I pulled in - but when I walked up to the door it turned off and the clerk who WATCHED ME DRIVE UP TO THE PUMP disappeared. No note on the door/no explanation of ANY KIND. Just locked and unwelcoming. I stood outside for 10 minutes trying to find the contact Info and finally walked back to my car. As I DROVE OUT OF THE PARKING LOT, THE OPEN SIGN TURNED BACK ON AND THE LIGHTS AT THE PUMPS TURNED ON. AGAIN; He SAW ME DRIVE UP and turned everything off then waited UNTIL I LEFT a d turned everything back on. They will NEVER get another penny out of me.
