Ethan, the store manager is running a beautiful store. It is fully stocked, has great employees, you can find things easily and his personality is wonderful. This location is my favorite due to Ethan and his staff. Great job! June read more

I think the staff are all amazing. The pharmacy is very friendly and accommodating. They are my go to store.

Unfortunately, they didn't have what I initially came here for. My family members did make a small purchase. Oddly, we were given someone else's bag at checkout, so we ended up going back to the location to return it. The male employee seem kinda clueless on what I was saying when we returned the bag. Oh well, we did our part by returning it. This location is right off Richmond - not the easiest to get in and out of so keep this in mind. Clean store , large parking lot. read more

I was searching online for an item that my regular Walgreens (Landsdowne) didn't have. I found it at this location and ordered for pickup. Hours later, when I didn't receive notice to pickup the item, I called and spoke to the manager. There was no record of my order, even though I had received a confirmation. Additionally, there was a pending charge. I will have to keep tabs on that. I won't he shopping at this Walgreens again. 77 read more

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. The lady was rude, short, and dismissive. My attempts to calmly explain my question were met with short quick interjections that did not answer my questions and attempted to just shut me up. I will be changing over my prescriptions to a different pharamcy. read more

I'm not a big fan in general of Walgreens since their provided are all overpriced, anything you get here you can find much cheaper at Walmart, Kroger or Target. Went to go get vaccinated had scheduled an appt was on time and everything but the line for the pharmacy went down half the length of the store after waiting 30 minutes and the line barely moving I walked out. Have had similar experiences in the past at other locations in Lexington. If you can go to Kroger, Walmart or CVS before coming here. read more

This place is open 24/7 which is the best part about the store. The customer service is lacking. There is usually only one person working the cash register. I tend to do the digital prints from the Walgreens app printed here since they are open 24/7 and I only seem to remember I have pics at 11pm. read more

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. You are guaranteed to have to wait days on getting your prescriptions filled it doesn't matter if your doctor called it in or if it's a refill. Quoted times mean absolutely nothing to them read more

Just came here for a simple return. It took two people to try to do this, and took multiple tries. Poorly run. So much room for improvement.

It depends on who you get at the drive through, but normally, Walgreen's customer service is horrid. For the times, I've received excellent customer service from two different gentlemen whose names, I do not know, I will give this Walgreen's a two star rating. Otherwise, the service would be a zero. Check your drugs before you drive away from the window. If something is wrong, like they've charged you an excessive amount for the drug and you don't want the drug due to the price, they will not take the drug back. I drove a few feet before catching the error, but even in that small space of time and distance, they refused to take the drug back. Last time, they took a drug back as I informed them the drug was not my dog's prescription. It was neither my name or my dog's name on the prescription. It was also a controlled substance. They had no problem giving me a refund for that! Other problems have occurred in the past, too numerous to mention. I just dealt with a Walgreens in another state today, and the person was so nice and competent! What a refreshing experience! read more

The staff at this location are not very helpful or friendly and since the store is no longer 24 hrs I rarely go here but I do stop in on occasion to see what they may have I need or want read more

Rude staff who clearly does not care about customers. Price tag is always confusing. Hard to read when items are on sale. When you ask clarifying questions, they ignore you. Avoid this store if you can. read more

Ridiculous experiences this week. First, I was scheduled for a vaccine, as I am qualified by CDC. They turned me away from my appointment because they weren't up to date on the guidelines. Then, I got a COVID19 test yesterday. I was emailing the negative results. I was then around family last night. I got a call this morning stating my results were invalid. YOU SELL DRUGS TO PEOPLE. They've been reported to the board of pharmacy at least 2x just with people I know and myself for giving the wrong med or dosage.

They always have everything in stock which is nice. Everything is easy to find and in the wide open. The customer service sucks here though, everyone always looks so miserable, so much room for improvement read more

Used pharmacy for 3 years and it use to be 24 hours. It was changed to 9 to 6 without any notice and still has the sign saying it is 24 hour. Pharmacy staff does not know what they are doing. Insurance was added but it was not done right, I waited in the pharmacy and was never told anything about it when I inquired again they said we need to put in the information again. Recently it appears to be worsening. This is the last prescription I will get it in that pharmacy. read more

The staff here is excellent, the hours are absolutely wonderful and the location is convenient; But dear god, the prices are outrageous so I rarely go here unless it's something I'm in dire need of. read more

Just spoke to a pharmacist about some drug questions. While she answered my questions she was quite terse and rude, which was unnecessary. They were simple questions and I was being polite and professional. There was no need for that kind of behavior. You lost a customer. read more
