Then several times when I have gone to pick up, I was told the shipment was late and I would have to go to another location. Once I had to get three days of emergency doses while waiting, and they accidentally gave it to someone else. Several times they have claimed my doctor denied the refill, only to later discover they didn't. Only the one woman pharmacist is pleasant. All other pharmacy employees speak in monotone and some are rude. Once I a manager was in the office yelling at an employee to stop sex talk at work, and you could hear the entire conversation throughout the store.

Call ahead and speak to someone before coming here. If you're flexible and it's a convenient location, by all means, keep them as your primary pharmacy. The pharmacy is open and closed randomly. They try to post signs on the door to give customers a heads up, but what I've found over my last 3 visits is that the signage doesn't quite match reality. They are sometimes open on the weekends (different from what is said online - it's honestly a roll of the dice). I went in to pick up one of prescriptions early yesterday. Signage on the door said they would be closed today after 1:30pm due to short staffing. Confirmed with the person who checked me out that my prescription would be ready in time and that they would be closed today after 1:30pm. 9:46am: Called in to the virtual assistant and was told my prescription would be ready today at 10:45 am. 10:26am: Received a call that there was a delay in my prescription and that it would be ready later. 11:52am I got a call that they were closed for the rest of the day.
