Diamond helped me fulfill a prescription at another location as they did not have enough of the medication in house. She checked around the area and then called the store that was showing it in stock to verify it was all there. She then transferred the Rx to that store over the phone and it was ready for me by the time I got there. I appreciated the effort and speed in which she took care of my situation and did it professionally, never acting as if I was an inconvenience as she also had other customers in line behind me. I've been a Walgreens customer for about 15 years, but after today I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription that the Walgreens app and a text message both confirmed as "ready for pickup." There was only one car in front of me, yet I sat for 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was finally greeted, I was told my prescription wasn't ready and that it would take another 30-45 minutes. When I expressed my frustration, the employee rolled her eyes at me. I work in customer service myself, so I understand things happen -- and I even told the employee "I know this isn't your fault." But if Walgreens can't support the drive-through due to staffing, it shouldn't be open. What frustrated me even more was the conflicting information: the app showed my prescription was filled once I left, while I was being told it wasn't even ready. Later I called the store to try to resolve it, waiting on hold for 1 hour and 31 minutes before anyone picked up. Again, I explained I wasn't upset at the employee personally, just at the situation. But instead of empathy or real help, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. At one point I was even asked, "Do you want me to fill it or not?" in a tone that made me feel brushed off. All I wanted was help transferring my prescription and to confirm my refill count was correct, since the app showed my prescription was filled today, even though it wasn't. Instead, I was told flat out, "Just call Walmart, they'll do it." Technically Walmart can initiate a transfer, but Walgreens still has to provide the information. Rather than taking ownership or even offering to help, the employee pushed it off on me and made me feel like I was a burden. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, timely service, and basic respect. Unfortunately, Walgreens failed on all three today. When I called Walmart's pharmacy, a real person answered and resolved my issue in under 5 minutes. After this experience, I'll be moving all of my prescriptions there. read more

the pharmacy is in need of help! when I've tried to go by and pick up a rx there is usually 4-5 cars in line. then when going inside there are lots of people waiting in line. there is not enough people working to handle the people needing help read more

I'm sorry but every time I go it's just terrible. My prescription through the drive through always takes at least 20-35 minutes with only two or three cars ahead of me. Went to get a vaccine that I scheduled and it took me waiting for almost thirty minutes. Went to send something via fedex and there was no one in the store to help except the cashier so I waited at least fifteen minutes for that. I don't know if they don't schedule enough staff or what but do not go here unless you have tons of time to waste read more

Went to Walgreens on Pinkpigeon and the customer service was very very poor. Five people are working in the pharmacy and only one seem to be waiting on customers. I was told you were next, and then they waited on someone else. read more

I went to get my Covid shot here and the customer service was fast. I also bought some snacks because they allow you to walk around for 15 minutes to note any immediate reactions. The only complaint I have is the lax regulation. The gal injected me and then she never followed through on my 15 minutes. There was another gal who basically saw me sitting near the main indoor pick up order window and told me that I was free to go, if I was not waiting for the vaccine. They also hand out vaccine cards before giving the shot. They should be giving this AFTER you have received a dose. People could take the card and run, especially in KY. read more

Great location which is both a blessing and a curse. Nice stop for odds and ends, but don't plan on getting all your prescriptions filled in one trip. As a new resident, I tried using this pharmacy for three months. In that three months, I have been asked to come back 4 times because they could only partially fill the prescriptions. Finally got tired of having to go back multiple times and switched my family to CVS. read more

The pharmacy at Walgreens is ridiculously slow. I get confirmation text messages that my medications are ready and when I arrive they tell me that they are not ready and that I have to wait 30 minutes. Then I leave and I get a text message immediately saying that my prescription is now ready. I go back to Walgreens and I wait in line for 25 minutes because they are drive-through system is extremely ineffective. I don't know if it's their computer system or if it's their internal processes that don't work well But either way I'm switching to CVS read more

It's been quite a while since I have been inside, I remember it being pleasant, my experience with the pharmacy lately as been wonderful. I've talked to Bob several times on the phone, he makes sure that my prescriptions are waiting on me at the oh so convenient drive thru prescription pick up window. The first time that me doctor called in my prescription, I had to wait quite sometime after I attempted to pick it up. I guess they didn't start working on filling it until I got there, oh well, no biggy. I'm still a fan. read more

I really enjoy visiting this Walgreens due to the nice selection of items, clean store and a high level of customer service. The cashiers in the photo area and up front are always super nice and helpful. The manager is out on the floor working constantly and always asks if I need help finding anything. Other stores should strive to have the level of customer service that this Walgreens location displays. read more
