I've never written a review for any business, but feel as though I'd be doing a disservice by not writing one for the Walgreen's pharmacy. Elizabeth, the manager, is single-handedly the most difficult human I've had to deal with in a very long time. She has absolutely no interpersonal skills and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. She was downright disrespectful and rude from the second I answered the phone.
Long story short, I picked up a partial prescription on the first of the month (give or take) and was told to pick up the rest in a couple weeks, which is fine because I have enough to last me for a few more days. When I call about picking up the rest of the prescription before I leave town this evening, Elizabeth rudely begins by telling me they're out. I ask if we can get it sent to another pharmacy and she immediately starts questioning why I need it before I'm out of what I currently have (insinuating I've been misusing/abusing the prescription). When I explain the situation, she then claims they do have some, but starts to lecture me on the world not revolving around me(???), saying that other people are busy too and that I'm not the only one who is leaving town. That's fine I guess, so then I ask her when it's going to be ready since they actually do have some. She then tells me "if I want my prescription" it's going to be multiple hours before I can pick it up. She would NOT give me any sort of timeframe before eventually hanging up. This has left me feeling very uneasy about when I should go pick try and pick it up.
They always take extended periods of time to fill or refill prescriptions, and I can handle that, but my God. I've never dealt with someone so unreasonably disrespectful and unpleasant as Elizabeth. If you're still reading, do yourself a favor and use another pharmacy. read more
