This store has very well stocked shelves and the staff has been very helpful in all our visits. We also are happy to find a location close to home that can take care of our pharmacy needs which has been a smooth transition from our old pharmacy. Horrible. Do not use pharmacy. Rude and hateful. I have never encountered such a pharmacy like this one. Unwilling to do anything to help the customer get the correct prescription when the doctor sends it in with incorrect wording. Does not call doctor or the customer to advise them of error in order to get corrected. They either just ignore the prescription or fill it with error, not caring it is not enough for a full month supply. Mine is only for a week. When I picked it up, they rudely informed they gave me more than they should have, ( it was pending with medicine in it). To have the doctor send it correctly the next time. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN once I get this corrected. Not the first time I had issues with them, this is just the last straw. Jackie is the worst person I have had to deal with. read more

Employee Grant at Walgreens, Round Grove, Lewisville TX is very rude, should not be working with customers. He has a terrible attitude, disgruntled all the time, the customer is always wrong, has a poor disposition, needs an attitude adjustment, no sense of urgency, NO WORK EThIC! Need I go on? He always gets frustrated and calls someone else to do HIS job. I used to see him at Tom Thumb as a manager!!! They let him go quickly. Unfortunately this is my life. This is the closest Walgreens to me and my family. With that being said their pharmacy isn't competent, slow, and not friendly at all. Long lines are expected if you ever wanna come pick up a prescription whether it's inside or through the drive-through. They say that if you wanna prescription filled you have to make sure there's no one behind you. However, that is a lie I've waited for over 30 minutes just to get to the counter. The communication is not there sometimes I come and pick up my medication and they tell me they're out of it and to go to another pharmacy. They refuse mental disability medication to people that have been off of it for an extended amount of time because we aren't normal enough to talk to EVEN THOUGH THE DOCTOR SENT IN THE MEDICATION. They refuse to do their job and are extremely rude to customers and laugh at those in crisis. All of them, especially the pharmacist. Come at me. If I could give this place zero stars that is what I would do. I picked up a prescription for my son today and instead of filling it as the doctor wrote it, they gave him 10 TIMES the dosage. When I called to speak to the pharmacist she said, "oh yeah, your right. If you have time to bring it back I'll give you the other stuff"'. No "I'm sorry" nothing. I go in and ask for the manager to tell them what happened and he (Lance) was incredibly rude to me and told me that there wasn't anything he could do about it because they had a "process" and that he wasn't going to get upset because he wasn't the one that filled it. I am livid because this is the pharmacy my insurance makes me use and this is the THIRD TIME Walgreens has given my kids the wrong medicine. While he was back getting the correct dosage I called the 1800 number to speak with his boss about him raising his voice to me when I tried to talk to him and while I was on the phone with customer service giving my statement he came back and handed me $10 to refund the copay and told me that it was all fixed. When I said it wasn't upset about the money I was upset because they have made this mistake before and on top of that he was rude to me. He actually said "I was rude to you because when I told you it wasn't my fault you just stared at me". I said I stared at you because I was stunned that you didn't even attempt to apologize. He said, "you know this isn't the only Walgreens, you can go literally anywhere else" and walked off. The customer service person admitted she heard all that he said and said she was shocked he talked to me like that but still said it would be 2 days before his boss got around to calling me. When you are responsible for dispensing medication to sick people it should matter to you if you screw it up... ESPECIALLY AT 10 TIMES THE PRESCRIBED DOSE. read more

I made an appt to get my covid-19 booster. I arrived 30 minutes early with all my paperwork in hand. My vaccination card was put through a washing machine by accident. I had both shots back in March. Found this on the govt website. You do not need to bring your CDC vaccine card or any proof of previous COVID vaccine doses to get a booster. I was informed the pharmacist was "uncomfortable" giving a shot without the vaccination card. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere. read more

Unbelievable!! They have a pharmacy technician/clerk that has no idea what Coricidin HBP is PERIOD! Plus this person has a really bad attitude, almost angry or annoy that you asked for help. Been coming to this Walgreens since moving to Orchard Hill subdivision and they customer service has gone downhill. They actually made an appointment for a flu shot and then when we arrived they claimed did not have the product. Why did you schedule an appt. for me? I scheduled to get my booster shot, I give them all the info and get my paperwork and it has wrong address wrong phone number a email address never heard of before. They call me in to get my shot in a room, go in the room and there is two used shots on the table when she gives me mine, no warning stabs me, didn't get to see the needle, blood comes out my arm she grabs a bandaid strips off one side, and it falls on the floor, she makes a big sigh and grabs it off the floor and uses the same bandaid on my arm, I couldn't believe how Unsanitize they was being. Do not go here. Now worded I got something, she didn't even change gloves after each person she gave shots too. SMH read more

The WORST PHARAMACY. Wastes your time, the automatic refill doesnt work or the techs arent refilling them. I call in the day of to make sure that my prescriptions are ready; always speaking with a person, and still when I show up I have to wait 15 minutes for them to get it together because it's STILL not ready. If there is a line you will be waiting, today it took me 30 minutes with two cars in front of me. I confirm the previous negative reviews of this place. The staff is rude, the pharmacy tech is ignorant and customer service is a foreign notion to them. I went there on the recommendation of my Coppell pharmacist because they were out of our son's ADHD medication. The African American tech at the Lewisville location first said the prescription was denied by the insurance because it was brand not generic. After I I accept the generic version she proceeds to tell me that the generic in fact does not exist but offers no apology or explanation for the misinformation. I ask to speak to the lead pharmacist, another African American lady, who is in fact not better. Just as rude. First tells me it is going to cost me $445, denies any knowledge of what her staff has said, runs my prescription again and low and behold, now quotes me $50. When I tell her that the previous time we paid $15 also at Walgreens she provides no explanation nor makes any attempt to research why only a month ago the very same prescription was $15 and now it is $50. This lady, who has nails almost as long as her fake eyelashes, thinks she can simply BS her way through any situation and treat customers poorly without any consequence to her or her employer. Went in to get a couple injections. Hepatitis A and B and shingles shot. They had both on hand and the staff was friendly and helpful. For a senior these shots are a series so I'll have to go back a couple times to finish it up. I suspect I'll get the same friendly service. read more

There is an African American young woman who works at the pharmacy who is incredibly rude. Several times she ignores customers initially. When you, as a customer, finally call attention to yourself and ask if you can be helped, she is rude and acts as if you're an inconvenience. Will never ever use this store again!!! Took four trips to the store to get a prescription the staff were not helpful acted as if they didn't understand anything about their job !! Just keep saying they had been overwhelmed all day . Second trip she said it would be an hour came back an hour and a half later and they didn't even have it filled same story on the third trip and kept asking for my insurance which I clearly explained to her the first trip and all the other trips that my insurance doesn't pay for this prescription so I was paying cash !! So on the third trip went threw the same thing again so I asked why they didn't fill it yet , she said she needed my insurance I said what I already told you I was paying cash she told me well the pharmacist would have to approve that then . The staff helped me out after CVS treated me like a nuisance. I have used Walgreens for years and this location is on my way home from work. CVS is close to home so we gave them a try so that my husband could pick up my daughter's script. Bad idea. Walgreens was actually out of stock for the drug she needed but they tried to help and provided numbers for other locations. You don't have to do much just try. I'm so frustrated with this Walgreens pharmacy. Our usual pharmacy, we were informed, doesn't have a contract with BCBS our insurance company so I called this Walgreens Tuesday asking them to get all meds for my diabetic husband transferred to them and fill them as we saw his Dr the previous day for all new scripts and informed them he was out of meds. They said they would get it completed. Wednesday morning I called making sure everything was ready and the girl told me they have 2 of his scripts filled, I told her I went over everything the previous day and there should be 10 of them. She said she would get it taken care of and have all of it ready by 2pm Wednesday. I showed up around 330pm Wednesday afternoon being the next vehicle in line when pulling up. I waited 40 minutes on them to help the car in front of me. Once I got to the window, I soon realized why the last car took so long, this technician had no clue what she was doing, the technician says they have 5 prescriptions ready and they need our insurance information. I again explained he should have 10 and they were already given his new insurance. After fumbling around, barely speaking into the microphone when talking and arguing with me for a good 10 minutes, she went and found two other meds and she found our insurance that they did have. She said they had to order the 2 insulins and one other med. I then sat another 10 minutes while they went back and added our insurance information in. She was so unprofessional, argumentative and the customer service was horrible. She stuffed so much in the bag I couldn't even get my meds out of the drawer without tearing everything trying to pull it out. I have been a nurse for 23 years and never have I had this much trouble getting meds. I just think about people that don't know any better or aren't persistent enough, they would just do without meds because of their incompetence at this location. We live fairly close and go to this location quite a bit but the pharmacy here is the worst. Needless to say we will be transferring all of our meds and will never step foot back in this Walgreens read more
