But there are some obvious issues that need to be addressed. Recently I was in there on a busy Saturday and they only had one counter associate working, not sure if it's an understaffing condition or what but they need to look into preventing this kind of shituation in the future. Also they really push the paperless process here so if You need an actual Pharmaceutical Script Description attached to Your bag You're gonna have to ask for one. My Pops was not happy without that paper description, Wmart should probably post a sign letting customers know that they're doing this, just sayin. This place was put together during a Pandemic so they have some features built-in here which should be mentioned. There's a permanent glass wall partition panel that encloses the entire sales counter and a dedicated room for flu shots and vaccinations. No more sliding curtain partition deal right out in the open which is definitely a good idea. Also they have this multi language friendly consultation room which can help translate to each customer's language of preference. The Pharmacist here is very helpful and knowledgeable and the brand new layout is really decent especially in comparison to alot of the older Walmarts around. Bill Out, Stay Safe!!

I had a few i had printed and the screw ups with the borders and then the picture being off it was a pain. The photo guy came by and he took over the whole thing. i showed him what i wanted and he pritned them 3 times until they were perfect, after the second time i was fine with it but he insisted on a 3rd print to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. All in all its alway as good of an experiance as you can get going to a CVS

The delivery date passed, the status changed to "delayed," and then there were no updates at all. Customer service couldn't even tell me where the order was, and I ultimately had to cancel it. I figured it was just a one-off issue. Then I placed a grocery delivery order and it was just as bad. Nine items were unavailable, including basic essentials needed to make dinner, and there were almost no usable substitutions. The entire point of ordering was defeated and we still had to make a separate trip to Acme just to finish shopping. To make matters worse, the eggs arrived broken. When I reported it, I was told I would need to return them in person, which is completely unreasonable for a perishable item that was already damaged and had to be thrown away. At this point, it feels like every order comes with a problem, and the service is more frustrating than convenient. They gave me a $10 credit but it really doesn't make up for the aggravation. Very disappointing experience. I've been a Walmart shopper for a decade and really haven't had this many problems before but it keeps happening lately.

I am posting today because of Liberty Drug's terrible customer service. My doctor put in an order for a compound to be made for me and Liberty Drug is slow (generally speaking, my experience is that their turnaround is over a week). Specifically, I placed my compound order a week and a half ago. At the time, I told them that I wanted the "small tube" TWICE during the phone call. Today, around 12:30pm, they called to say that my compound was ready for pickup. Approximately 3pm, I went to pick up it. They made the larger tube for me (which is about $40 more). The pharmacist stated that they needed to remake it. Then, the cashier said that it will be a 10-20 minutes wait. I was confused on the wait time knowing that it takes them a while to make compounds. So, I asked to speak with the manager. When I went to speak to the manager about this to understand my wait time, he blamed me for this issue (remember, all I wanted to know was how long it will take to remake my compound). He said that since this has happened twice with my order (it happened once before a year or two ago), he said that it was my fault. He did not look to his employees as the source of error. The lady next to him said that I needed to specify how many milliliter (ml) tube I wanted. I said that I would not know the ml size of this compound. This is not something that I look at or consider - would you know how many ml (or ounces) is your toothpaste? I said that the person who took my order should (and could) have clarified the size and cost, especially since I mentioned twice that I wanted the "small tube". But, this person did not. This person just hurried up and hung up after taking my order (he was abrupt and rushed during this call). So, the manager outright blamed me. He did not look to his people and their obligation to clarify the order. He did not look into his management failings to train his staff to ask the right questions. He had no consideration that it took them a week and a half to give me my order and that I drove approximately 30 minutes to go there on a very cold day. With that said, I have found the cashiers to be very friendly over the years, although there is a lot of turnover. Based on my experiences at Liberty Drug, they are not a well-oiled machine. Their processes and communications are similar to the store set-up - messy, not clean and outdated.
