Was in a rush at night to get photos printed and came here to use the instant printer I will admit I came in close to close after trying other stores before this, the customer services person elizabeth kept making comments about how they closed soon to which I apologized, she then left to keep closing while I went through the process of printing, making comments about how we should have came in earlier and should stop making excuses for ourselves, I made her work a whole 4 minutes later, which she would have probably been already doing, most of that time was them trying to figure out what price they had to charge me for photo. I purchased a gift card at Walgreens for the recipient to use at Lululemon. The recipient tried to use the card worth $130.00 at Lululemon. However, there wasn't any money on the card. Walgreens card services told me to call Lululemon. After being on the phone with Lululemon's customer service for over al hour, I was told that I needed to contact Walgreens. I contacted Walgreens, submitted a picture of the front/back of the gift card, and submitted a picture of the activation receipt. After submitting all of that information to Lululemon and Walgreens, I received an email stating that I needed to go to the Walgreens store and ask to look over the register tape. I think it is clear that I purchased the card. Why can't one of these successful companies reimburse me for $130.00? In addition, I told the customer service representatives from both companies that I just had chemotherapy on December 26th. Going to the store to ask to review the register transactions is not a job for me as the customer. This review doesn't reflect the outstanding customer service that I have had in the Walgreens store on Rand/Cuba. I just purchased the card at that location. So, I came to this location to get my covid booster shot. It's close to my house, which makes it convenient for me to visit whenever I need an appointment here. It is also simple to check in; they were on time for my appointment and there was no line to wait in. If you are uncomfortable being vaccinated in public or behind a curtain, they have closed booths available for you to use. However, in some instances, they have failed to have medication in stock despite the fact that the prescription was called in with notice that was far greater than the time required to obtain the medication. Also, one of the people I encountered while walking through the establishment did not wear a face mask, which makes me concerned for the health of those who will enter. There is still covid present, so people should remain vigilant and cautious at all times. I'm not sure if he's a staff or not, but they should still be wearing a facemask regardless. read more

I'm not the type of person to review places unless its to help a small business or if the experience is absolutely awful - repeatedly. This pharmacy is a joke. I've gone multiple times and had to wait for literally 20 min before. I call and they say its ready I go oh its not ready. wait we havent even ordered it. you have to wait 3 days now from once its been called in. The wait is forever, they are lazy. I once had to go inside during covid bc they had put 3 bottles in 1 bag so it wouldnt fit in the tube. like dude put it in 2 bags how hard is that. dont even use a bag idc. that was after waiting 10 min in line. i also almost had to lay 1000 bucks for a scrip bc someone at Walgreens cancelled the insurance claim after it had cleared. it turned out to be 0 dollar copay. like what the heck r they doin over there? not working read more

I like how quickly my prescriptions are ready. However there is one lady that works in the pharmacy she is the most rude and obnoxious woman I hate getting in line and seeing her there. I pray I will get somebody else. She talks back, gives attitude, rolls her eyes, and is lazy. My husband will literally ask for somebody else because she's so rude. She should be fired. I use this Walgreens on a regular basis and I've always had a pleasant experience. The female pharmacist and the techs are always super helpful. However, last night I ran into the store in a panic just as they were about to close - I told the manager my dog had been sprayed by a skunk and she immediately let me in and helped me find everything I needed. It was the kind of service you'd see in a Walgreens commercial! Truly helpful in a time when I was panicked and probably pretty annoying to them, as they wanted to go home! So grateful for the staff and proximity of the location here! read more

I was so impressed with my experience today. As soon as I reached the photo counter I heard a request over the radio for someone to assist me and shortly after I was helped. The Assistant Manager was very friendly and personable. She shared that my order of 500+ photos took 3 hours to print, but considering that I placed the order last night, I'm amazed they processed so quickly as I picked them up around noon the following day. read more
