I went to the pharmacy directly from the urgent care so obviously I wasn't feeling my best and needed my two meds. I was greeted and told one of my meds were ready and the other one would need about 5 more minutes. No problem of course I'll wait. So I waited a few minutes nothing major. So they say my last name incorrect once the medicine was done, I corrected the tech who was being trained (you can clearly tell) , I corrected him 3 times and he still said it wrong. Okay at this point just please give me my stuff so I can leave. He gives me my two medications or so I thought. Keep in mind I'm sick, right from urgent care. When you are sick you expect a pharmacy to be on their p's and q's. So silly me right didn't look to make sure both of my medications were in the bag, because remember they told me to sit because one was done and the other would be done in a few minutes. So I go home and he only gave me one. HOW? How did he only give me one, IF they had me wait for a second one. And even if he was new, I know the system told him 2 was ready and he still only gave me one. I call the Pharmacy and explain what happened. They don't even apologize, or take accountability they state he's learning. Well maybe he shouldn't be alone YET, if he simply can't handle meds. This is a pharmacy- you shouldn't make those kinds of mistakes, or your trainer should be with you if something that simple is hard for you to do. Especially to people who are sick and not in their right mind. That's just my take, I expect more from a pharmacy. I was then told they close in a few minutes for lunch. Still no apology. She said you can have door dash come and get it or you can have it mailed and you'll get it in a few days. I wish I would've got her name because she was so arrogant. I don't recommend at all.

I need an aerial shot to show the store's overall size. Not only was it a typical supercenter, but it also has beach wear and Disney souvenirs for visitors. I had to walk around to locate the health & beauty aisle, which was on the far left of the store. The store carried Palmer's cocoa butter products, including the new Tahitian Vanilla Body Lotion, at a fair price. Once I found what I needed, I had a bit of a wait at checkout. You would have thought they were giving away merchandise, as no matter which aisle you turned into, there were at least five to seven people in each row. It was that crowded. This store is huge and was overly stocked, which is to be expected given how much merchandise is sold. The problem was that, despite how crowded the store was during my visit, employees had pallets and merchandise on the floor while restocking shelves. With this much demand, when is the right time to keep shelves fully stocked? I don't know if there is a right time, but I do know that all these boxes were causing a great deal of foot traffic and a hazardous environment. Aside from the crowd issue, employees were as friendly as possible, and the store was very clean. Parking can definitely be a challenge, as I had to circle three times to find a spot.
