Terrible service. I can't get my meds since Friday. They have requested new prescription, n reasons from dr n from dr requesting conditions that I have, new address add on to prescription, still can't get my meds. Everyday new excuses n new reasons not to give me my meds. Walgreens pharmacy is playing games n discriminating disabled people. They think my sickness is a joke. Pharmacist is not better than my dr. They put tags out that say 2 prices, one with the "in store coupon" and another higher price. i got charged the higher price and when I asked about the so-called in store coupon, she said now that I needed a card. As a pharmacist myself I am embarrassed by the folks who run the pharmacy. I was patient and tried to help to get my daughter's scripts through a copay card. This went on 6 days. I am literally beside myself on the lack of professionalism here. I get retail pharmacy sucks but when you goal is to talk back and not help well it's time to find another job. This pharmacy needs more help and trained people and nicer people. They wonder why people lose their patience. Being put on constant hold for 35 mins. I live 5 min away so got in my car and went there. Carmen the tech is NASTY. Beth doesn't know how to to work insurance. Michelle was amazing and I feel bad for great techs. Michelle was the only one who helped me. Being told my prescription needed a PA but trying to explain to them NO I was trying to help them. Check out people who literally walk away. Terrible and I am sorry these people are so disheartened working for Walgreens but honestly all retail pharmacies are dumps. read more

I called and was told my medication was ready. When I arrived they said it was in a bin and not ready. They said I would get a text. I was not thrilled because I wasted my gas to come pick up a prescription that they said was ready. I also felt bad for the lady in front of me seemed she was in the same spot as I. Me and my fiance printted some pictures and sent them, an hour before we even got to the store sins we had an inspection at a job sight right by the store. Upon arrival to this walgreens we go straight to the picture booth and ask for our pictures thats when the employee MO said to us that there were other clients waiting for their pictures and that we wouldent be able to get ours at that moment thats when we responded by saying we do this everyday and we have mever had this problem we always send them over about an hour before and have them printted by the time we get there... long story short mr: MO got hostile with us and decided he was gonna walk away and not print us our fotos that we needed for our inspection so at that point we started asking for a manager and he kept saying he was the manager obviesly he wasent... then proceeds to help another client instead of us who was behind us in line with a package that she was sending or leaving not to sure so now that client asked for help tapeing her box and thats when MO tells her he cant help her tape her box at this point i was just thinking this guy just dosent want to work at this point. At the end MO brought in another employee who printed our fotos right away! And he even said our fotos had already been done! This was so frustrating to me such an awful experience with Walgreens employee he even said that we harassed him and that he was going to call the cops so us knowing we didn't harass him we said go ahead call them cuase we obviesly need them sins you dont want to do your job i also want to add this employee MO was telling us that we couldn't get our photos because there were other clients ahead of us so I asked him OK Mo well does that mean that if those clients pick up their photos by 10 PM then we have to wait till 10 PM to pick up hours and then he was speechless. He knew I was right, but he was just trying to give us a hard time today. Very disappointed and I will most definitely be contact corporate about this issue. read more

The blonde pharmacist lady is beyond inconsiderate and oblivious. She doesn't stop talking to co-workers or making banter with customers while others wait. Many other operational issues with their pharmacy, but it doesn't seem like managers there care. read more

The daytime manager today refused to help me make a disc because she said they were not allowed to help customers due to covid. I was at this Walgreens a few days ago, and the photo staff was more than happy to help me print my pictures. She had a major attitude and was just plain lazy! I sincerely hope they fire her soon because she is totally useless! I'm heading to CVS where hopefully their photo staff will know how to care for their customers. I would give 0 stars if I could! So I went to CVS in PBG, and a lovely girl named Loudia working both the register and photo department had my photos on USB as well as my videos in 20 minutes.. CVS rocks! Bye Walgreens!!! read more

So if you're going to get a passport make sure you don't use the older white lady. I asked her multiple times to retake the photo but she was worried about doing someone else's photo book. She took one shitty photo and wouldn't take another one when my son was not red from be upset. $20 down the drain! We went back the next day and he wouldn't get out of the stroller to try again. Hideous, rude manager. She was beyond unhelpful. She told me they store photos in their computer for 3 days. I lost the two password photos I took on Saturday. Since they keep them for three days I asked if I could come in and get another copy. She said no it's three days, Saturday, Sunday Monday. It's Monday today, it's going to be deleted. I said well maybe they were not deleted yet since it's not a full three days-- can't I come in? She said you can come in but I can't do anything. Horrible customer service. read more

I had a horrible experience. I have gone there on and off for 2 decades. I needed some medicine and we had a Hurricane coming. I live 45 miles away. I have often gone to this Pharmacy for years. Watch out for Frank the pharmacist and the rest of the staff who hides the fact that apparently Frank is his own boss and does whatever he wants. After texting me and telling me prescription was ready and was sitting there for 2 days....Frank not only refused my meds but kept my prescription. When I asked him why he was refusing me he said "Why are you still in my drive thru?" . I am not going to go into a long rant about this because they have wasted enough of my time but be careful, I smell discrimination. What comes around, always goes around. The Corporation did nothing about it. I wrote Corporate and not even a reply to solve the matter, they just sent me back to the Store Manager at the store who basically told me nothing at all other than sorry. Meantime, CVS, down the street, happily filled my prescription after I have to fight for the one this Walgreens kept. They not only lost my business but my parents who have been going there for 20 years as well. CVS is the place to go to when in Jupiter. I highly recommend this Walgreens. The staff are friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. They always have what we need, open 24 hours daily and have a drive through (with two lanes). You can receive a text when your script is ready. It's a big pharmacy with several employees, so I've never had much of a wait. The pharmacist has helped me several times with non prescription items and brings important drug interactions to my attention. read more

This company's pharmacy is the worst in all pharmacy's. I have changed three locations now around my house due to the inconsistency, the lack of knowledge, horrible customer service and attitude of staff. This location is by far the absolute worst with communication. All I want is my daughter's.meds ready. Now let me say they are on automatically refill status and I still call them in. I call to confirm times of readiness and come hour or two after to ensure they are ready, her insurance has not changed in over 6 months and I still have issues Everytime I come to get her medication!!! Pharmacy manager is rude and unhelpful. I was very ill with tonsillitis and he claimed the prescription my doctor wrote was not even manufactured anymore ( which I later found out IS still manufactured) rather than telling me I could probably find it somewhere else he explained there was nothing he could do to help me and that I had to go back to the doctor for something different. Mind you I have a fever and severe pain in my throat. I called the doctor back before driving back over to the er, over the phone he explained that if the pharmacist would have called him they could have fixed the issue. Because of the pharmacy "manager" and his condescending nasty attitude and total lack of customer service I will never step foot in another Wallgreens ever again. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 when a pharmacist in NY understood this concept and got me meds for for my infant as quickly and as inexpensively as she could.
