I drove around for five minutes. I could not find a pharmacy at that address. I then parked at Musc pediatrics parking lot and walked around in the rain and could not find it. I then called sweet grass. They told me they'd moved. I got the directions and drove up the street past the restaurant, basil. When I got there I heard the voice. I talked to on the telephone and they started take care of me when I asked them when they moved. They said four years ago I told them I looked it up on yelp and this is the address I got and I've been driving around all that time once I heard the word yelp they seem to be friendlier. Everything essentially went well. They had a problem with the prescription I had to pay cash for it, but thank God it was generic I I can't believe then four years. I'm the only one that got the wrong directions from Yelp that was the only downside of the entire experience.

While I was traveling, my wife attempted to pick up my prescription on my behalf. I personally spoke with three different pharmacy employees from an airplane trying to determine where my medication was. I was repeatedly told the prescription was still at my health clinic. That was wrong. My health clinic confirmed the prescription had been sent back to the pharmacy hours earlier. Despite that, the pharmacy still claimed not to have it, and my wife was unable to pick it up. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, prescription tracking, and basic pharmacy procedure. Had this been insulin, seizure medication, heart medication, or another time-sensitive medication, the consequences could have been far more serious. South Carolina law requires pharmacies to maintain proper prescription records and dispensing documentation. In my case, the pharmacy could not accurately account for the status or location of my prescription and repeatedly gave incorrect information. Patients deserve accurate information, competent service, and confidence that their medication can be located when needed. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Sweetgrass Pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

It is a regular as well as a compounding pharmacy, the latter when you need to have some prescription formulated which is not readily available in pill or other form. I cannot have an idea of the selection available as the compounding side certainly might seem to increase the availability and selection of medications. Also, interestingly enough, they have veterinary medications also available, plus a bit of dog and cat toys near the counter for you to look through if you have a minute or so to look them over. Also at the counter are gummies, with a good selection of CBD sleep gummies. You enter into a bright airy store where it is open all the way from the counter to the back wall. With that openness, you view all of the employees hard at work, and some scurrying about. Unusual to say the least but it brightens your day in seeing the difference from your chain pharmacies.The counter has the consulting, dropping off a prescription, and pick up stations, where you are quickly and efficiently served. As to value it is surprisingly middle of the road and certainly not on the high end or expensive range for the value. A pharmacy to be visited and appreciated.

Bath & Body Works sits at the front and White Barn takes up the back half of the store. The displays on both sides are modern. They definitely draw the customer in to take a closer look at what they have to offer. Three registers were open when I checked out so I didn't have to wait forever. I like how the associates confirm your email address at the end of every transaction.

She agreed, and we went together today, having a good time grabbing new products at good prices up and down the aisles. But then we get to the checkout and damn.... There are more than 8 availabe registers and only one person checking people out. There were several people with carts filled to the brim, all waiting in the same line to be rung up. Then on top of it, we all had to bag our own stuff which proceeded to hold up the line either further. I understand when we have to help out at places from time to time (and in fact, I often like to) but for it to be an expectation is wild. And multiple employees walked by without an offer of help. I mean I guess I could get it when you've got a young adult customer doing the job, but 70-something year olds? Is it the generation? This store? This company? That was very bizarre, ro say the very least. (If I wanted to bag my own pile of things, then I would have gone to the self checkout....) I see now why we will be continuing with Publix. The customer service is off the charts, with friendly people helping with checkout, bagging, and even loading the car. Not to mention they know their regulars by name.... This Harris Teeter can't even come close. We tried, Mt P, HT! But not again. I'll stick to other grocery stores while in the Charleston area.
