The pharmacy is terrible. Whenever you call they will put you on hold over and over and over again and never answer. This last time it was 25 minutes and the time before that it was a half an hour. I think the plan is to make you give up and stop calling but they always get on to say please hold to make it look as if they answered. There's always some problem when my prescriptions that they blame on the doctor's office computer systems. This time I was in agonizing pain and by the time the prescription was phoned in properly they were closing for lunch in 7 minutes. They refuse to fill it and let me sit for 37 minutes and agonizing pain because they couldn't sacrifice 60 seconds of lunch. The pharmacy service is unacceptable. 1. I have seen staff eating at the counter where medications are counted out. 2. i have been given the wrong dosage of a prescription. 3. The attitudes of the staff leave a lot to be desired-maybe they are short staffed but the rudeness and mumblings of the staff do not always make for a pleasant encounter. 4. This was your typical Walgreens. Came here to pick up some odds and ends and some vitamins. They have a great selection for all household products. They also have of course the pharmacy if needed. The store was fairly clean and the employees were decently friendly. read more

As a Walgreen's brand store, this is fine. Clean and orderly. Rated on the workers? A different story. When I was here to pick up photographs (my own Walgreen's processing machine was broken), the woman who worked in that section tried to charge me for them even though they had already been paid for online. I chalked that up to inexperience. But, after I left that counter, a worker and the manager followed me throughout the store watching everything I did. I stopped and asked if I could help them, and both asked if I found everything I needed and denied following me. Yet, they continued to follow me until I left. Needless to say, I refuse to go back to this store and be treated like a criminal again. read more

Not only is this place conveniently located close to my house, but it's a great place to go to pick up just about anything you need instead of going to the big box stores. The parking is easy and there is no hassle to just run in and out. Of course if you're like me, you end up picking up things that you didn't even know you needed. They have a great selection and products are usually in stock. They offer brand names as well as their own Walgreen's brand. It's NICE! ;) read more

The services is always slow in the pharmacy! They need to have more than two people working at the time because the front desk person be trying to assist the counter and the drive-thru and the pharmacist never tries to assist. They don't value others time read more

Typical Walgreens experience, just different location, I usually find myself coming to this branch and making quick stops, never too immersed with shopping, limited staff and find myself standing in line usually 3 out of my 5 visits. The associates currently working, don't anticipate having much interaction as they only usually ever say what's necessary opposed to making personalized conversation. One nice tidbit is if you have an iPhone, you can utilize PassBook with your Walgreens card for additional discounts and rack up points, ALWAYS a plus having incentives in shopping. One of my least favorite store in comparison to its sister store on Normandy. 3/5 read more

Great store and pharmacy. Had to get a prescription filled here that needed to be transferred from my hometown in Missouri. In the past it's been okay but rather time consuming and somewhat frustrating to do so. But at this Walgreen it was a pleasant experience.! Pharmacist was extremely friendly and helpful.
