I am not sure if I have ever experienced a business as broken as this one. I don't complain often or write negative reviews either. I recommend they close the location down - literally tear the building down and start over. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have left for another pharmacy. The list is long - beware. 1) Both drive through lanes closed 2) Line in store, each time I attempted to pick up prescription wound around the length of the store 3) Over 90 minutes on hold to get through and then eventually receive a busy signal 4) Waited one day 2 hours 35 minutes on hold to get through to central Walgreens only to transfer to Issaquah and have the line disconnect. (I just left my phone on while I worked). 5) Even when picking up prescriptions in the past, staff is extremely curt and shockingly unfriendly 6) Staff is unprofessional as witnessed when other customers were trying to get help. 7) Employees in the pharmacy are unkept, shabby clothes, dirty hair. Unprofessional appearance. 8) Store is out of stock all of the time of common items - before Covid hit. When I changed my pharmacy, I felt like a fool for not doing this earlier. I called them to verify my first prescription, and get this... they picked up the phone on the first ring. They were so pleasant when I picked up my prescriptions and now that a couple months has gone by, it makes it so much more apparent how broken Walgreens Issaquah is. Bartells is wonderful compared to them. And my Wife can't relate - she goes to Rite Aid. Avoid this pharmacy and avoid the insufferable experience with one of the most incompetent and broken businesses I have ever experienced. read more

Walgreens continues to go downhill. Their pharmacy will notify you that your prescription is ready and then have nothing for you when you get there. Their photos are always behind and if you dare to try and get a passport photo you are rolling the dice for them having a photo tech available. read more

I'm always confused how places like this have such low reviews. I placed an order for a poster to be printed at 7:30, I called at about 7:40 asking if there were any problems and the workers over the phone were extremely kind, they helped to get it printed and gave me a nice estimate when to pick it up. When I got here picking it up I was met with the same super kind service, the poster was ready, the dude who helped ring it up was hella chill and hella kind. Throughout my entire time spent associated with this Walgreens, I was met with exceptional service and kindness. 10/10. The pharmacy rules are very inconsistent. Sometimes they need to call doctors office for verification and other times they don't - even if I'm getting my same regular monthly prescriptions filled. They dispensed 500mg metformin instead of 1000mg. This is not the first time they incorrectly dispensed a medicine to me. This is the most understaffed pharmacy i have seen. Long queues, no one picks up the calls at the pharmacy after 6:00pm and the call is routed to their central system who have no clue of what is going on. I normally avoid Walgreen's like the plague, but I needed a 24 hour pharmacy and didn't want to go back to the store in Kirkland that came VERY close to given my hubby the wrong medication. They had a Pharmacist and 2 Techs working. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait on one medication. It was ready within 5-10 minutes and it was correct. Very unprofessional, very sick got sent from the ER for infection, they sent the antibiotic prescription in, and 45 minutes later went to the pharmacy and they said they don't fill prescriptions when they are sent despite what the hospital tells you, until you arrive and make you wait another half an hour. read more

Sad to say I have been lazy to switch the provider as I have to come here every 3 months for my refill but every time it has left me with a horrible experience not sure how this horrible staff and this pharmacy still exist and no action is taken. Great place to get a script filled. Especially late at night or If you travel. They have a national prescription database. I needed a refill in Hawaii, and Nashville and they were able to validate within seconds. They're quick too. I've gotten the script called in by Overlake urgent care just North across the street and it's ready by the time I cross the parking lot. I'm informed via text message. Overall this staff is pretty nice given the circumstances hours etc. I can say I'd be much less helpful at 3 a.m. with a few tipsy drunks wandering the aisles. read more

Here is the order of questions I received: DOB, Name, Name (again), Phone Number, DOB (again), Name (again).......... (randomly hands the phone to another person without a word)... DOB, Name, Phone Number, Medication, Name (AGAIN). Finally there was a "Okay, we'll have that ready for you", no ETA and no asking when I needed to pick it up.
