Worst experience in a Walgreens. Glad I don't live near here. I went in for ONE thing and this lady comes from the photo department to check people out. There was a lady in front of me and she didn't say hello to her and had her out her cash on the counter. She didn't say thank you to anything. When it was my turn, I didn't get a greeting or told the amount. She gave me my change and receipt on the counter. I said thank you and she said mm hmm and walked away. Wish I looked at her name but she was a black Middle Ages woman w glasses and short hair. read more

Stopped in during a football game day and had a smooth visit. The lady at the counter was friendly and efficient. Shelves were stocked, aisles were clear, and checkout was quick. This location stays consistent. You can count on finding what you need without any hassle. Not perfect, but dependable and that matters. read more

$19 dollars for sunscreen?! The price said $14 then they said that the members price. Bait and switch! I put in my phone number but like everyone else, it's a family shared number. They asked me some stupid security questions for no reason other than to deny my discount. CVS its ur time. read more

This Walgreens is literally right across the street from my house so it's very convenient, and to me they are always stocked up on everything. The downfall here is the speed of the service as well as the lack of employees throughout the store. The lines always take FOREVER and if you are looking to get help in the aisles good luck. All in all it's an easy option for me and they've never let me down in terms of needing something. Ps you can pick up fedex packages here read more

Horrible customer service, I was in line and clerk says I'll take next person but he wasn't even logged into the system then he tell me come to another register across the store. He still couldn't log into the system so I said I'll go back to other line he said no wait I'm in system now and checked me out. He was so unprofessional playing around with another clerk while he was ringing up my stuff was so annoying immature. May stop going here if they just hire a bunch of foolish kids read more

I always receive excellent service at this location. I despise the location on Century in Inglewood. Today, at this location Luis and Deago helped me and they were excellent and fast. Whenever I am at the Century location. I would ask for help and they stare at you, have an attitude and throw my photos at me. Luis and Deago were very pleasant, nice and Deigo was psychic with knowing everything I wanted and getting it before I asked. They were young. Young people are very disrespectful and rude. They were totally opposite. I will always request them. They deserve employee of the month and a raise. Do not ever transfer them to the Century location. read more

I ordered a pick-up super last minute, and I think it was confirmed at 8:39 pm. (the store closes at 10 pm). I was waiting for a confirmation (packed order) that didn't come before the Mr got there. So I sent him in with the confirmation "ordered" email anyway. Aaron greeted him with a smile and went out of his way to locate our online order and fill it very quickly and efficiently. Someone give that man a raise. read more

Employees at the pharmacy are rude, you can't ask them anything because they will become upset. Danielle is particularly rude.

This review is for Aaron who I observed go above and beyond for several customers 10 minutes before closing. He was patient, accommodating, and helpful ! Great customer service skills. read more

My daughter and I purchased a SIM card for a new phone that she received at no time were we told that it was non-returnable if unopened it said it nowhere on the receipt that it was nonrefundable. The only reason we purchased it here is because target was closed at target it's $4.99 at Walgreens it was Almost $12. If we had been told by the cashier who could clearly see on the screen that this was a nonrefundable purchase, we would've just waited till later in the day and purchased it from Target now I'm stuck with a product that they refuse to refund or even give store credit for product that has not been open and or used so I won't be shopping at Walgreens anymore. read more

9/07/2023: @ 2:30 , I had a truly frustrating experience with a Walgreens employee named VALENTINA in the photo department. Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and she made us feel unwelcome when we rang the bell for assistance. Instead of helping, she questioned why we needed assistance in the first place. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable and tarnished our visit to Walgreens. She went out of her way to make the experience completely unpleasant. Please watch the surveillance video to see she was completely rude for absolutely no reason.... Clearly she did not like us because of what we were wearing. read more

This review is for the pharmacy, I stopped to pick up my boyfriend's medication for his heart, I was advised he was out of refills, I asked if he could have a few days of pills til we a new prescription, she said no because he was not consistent with picking up his meds, I said are you sure because this medication is life to him.. she immediately got an attitude as if I shouldn't question her, as if computers don't make errors. Speaking with my boyfriend, he said, was it the pharmacist, she always has an attitude... that's terrible for him to have to say about someone taking care of needs for the sick.. 1bad apples usually spoils it for the whole barrel... read more

Negative 100000000000 rating if I could! Poor customer service, unkind, unhelpful, and with an attitude. Cashier and lead supervisor making faces at customers and being passive aggressive towards me. Not responsive to my questions, doesn't know the pharmacy hours, didn't check that she charged me wrong and said I was wrong for not putting in my number, which I had. When I asked for a refund she was upset that I was asking for one and didn't even make eye contact or speak yo me unless she had to. Ehhhh. Came to pick up pictures that were ordered and paid for online. There was a line at the photo department. In talking with the woman ahead of me, I learned that it's because nobody was working it. She said they had the employee paged twice. Long story short, customer service was a bit of a mess. I just had to pickup pre-paid pictures and I stood there for 15-20 minutes. Then he had to find them. Left them in the printing machine -- it had been there for over an hour and never put in an envelope for pickup. Ayyy Final Word: I'm now aware ha ha read more

I came to this Walgreens to have my daughter vaccinated who is younger than 15 years old. We were the first ones there, filled out paperwork and waited for the pharmacy technician. I'm not sure if the person just returned from lunch but by the time she got there there were other customers waiting for the vaccine as well. I was already growing impatient because we were waiting with a person not wearing a mask that looked like they were not feeling well. Not one pharmacist or employee told them to wear their mask or offered one. To make matters worst, the technician proceeded to take someone that came after us. When I brought this to her attention she told me "It's a process." I thought the process was first come first serve?...seriously, put yourself in the customers shoes. The other employees were extremely nice and professional but the Covid protocol needs to be enforced. read more

This Walgreen's really sucks, you order online for curbside pick up and no one EVER comes out to give you your stuff. Out of the many times I've ordered, only one time did someone come and that was after a waiting 30 min, calling the store and being on on hold for 10 minutes then waiting another 20 minutes for them to come out. I know you all wonder why I bothered but I had sprung my toe and couldn't walk. I also tried walking in today and had to have them call for someone twice to come help me (took 30 min.) read more

I walked in to purchase something in the allergy section. The 2 employees working the front had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills at all. Barely functioning, no smile. When I got my purchase, only one was at the register. The young lady mumbled something. I said, "excuse me?" She said what?! I repeated excuse me, she again said what?! I told her I hear her saying something. She said, I was talking to the cash register. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! After that encounter, She acted like a robot. Also starred me down. I stayed pleasant. I told her thank you. She starred me down as I left the store. I will NEVER enter this store again! Apparently they are doing well without my money or business. read more

So far this is my favorite location. There's plenty of parking and the staff is awesome. I wanted to update my review because this staff member was so awesome while dealing with my husband. Her name was Elisa. He was asking about Gillette body spray that would go with the deodorant seeing a deodorant by the name of Brute has a cologne/body spray. I had already told him that Gillette doesn't carry such a thing but he insisted on asking Elisa anyway and she was so patient in answering his questions. I appreciate wallgreens and their wonderful staff. read more

For the pharmacy. Not sure the name of the pharmacist but there are some REAL nasty folks working in there. Thank God they are closing this place down. I heard a customer telling the pharmacist her son has pink eye and what should they do? The dumb-ass pharmacist told her to get some Visine. Wow. I really hate the combo of rude AND stupid. There is one nice person who works there, a technician. Maybe Sherry? Otherwise a disaster. read more

Dirty, slow and RUDE! The lady with the green hair at the pharmacy is the worse . Go figure she didn't have a name tag so I can't pin point who she was but it's the only lady with green hair , seemed like she was in a rush even when there wasn't a line , quick to shut you down , you asked a question and it seemed like it was such a difficult task to answer or help you . I was there for a booster shot and waited a pretty lengthy amount of time so I saw her interact with a few customers , there wasn't One she was nice too . This pharmacy location is pure trash. They had my prescription for an hour. Doctor sent it over before I left my visit and it took me an hour to get to Walgreens. When I pulled into the drive thru they asked me to wait until they could help me. I sat there for 15 minutes of seeing no one in the line on the inside. Then I see a customer walk up and be helped immediately. She grabbed his prescriptions then took his payment and he was done. At this point I decided to push the button again. Received the same response. Then 5 minutes later (a total of 20) a rude woman comes to the microphone and tells me that they just got my prescription and that it would take 45 minutes to fill. At this point they've actually had my prescription for an hour and 20 minutes. So I go inside. I asked another employee to simply let me know when the prescription would be ready as I'd be sitting there waiting for it. And the nasty woman from the drive thru says "I just told him it would take 45 minutes". Ma'am respectfully, I'm done talking to you. I'm sick and I'm not driving home to turn right back around and come up here in LA rush hour. The customer service and tone especially to people who are ill is disgusting. Will not be back. read more

A lot of the employees act like robots. I wonder if it's the mRNA? Many stores in the area are hiring folks that are barely functioning. Forget about picking up orders quickly, they routinely misplace ship-to-store orders and they have a standard response even if you've already received the ready for pickup email , "it's not here, contact FedEx" I arrived after the store sent an email that my order has arrived and it's ready for pickup but the staff don't seem to understand or remember where the orders are located... IF you are just buying a few items in store I guess they can handle that but anything that requires a thought process or the employees need to use their brain a little more than just scanning items, bag it up and pay, give a receipt, they will barely be able to complete the task. read more

Horrible customer service. Very rude & dismissive. Generally, this Walgreens is situated in a good and easily accessible location, the store set up is easy for shopping and the cashiers on the retail side are super efficient.... BUT.... The pharmacy is not as good as it once was. Another great experience at this store, and a big shout out to Guerline. I think she's a night shift manager and she made sure things kept moving when a rather long line formed at the register. Thanks for moving things along Guerline! So the store gets another A+ from me. But what's wrong with the Pharmacy at this store? It's a disaster. Once a month (the 1st Tuesday of each month) Walgreens has what they call Seniors Day- 20% off for seniors plus a small Walgreens Cash Rewards bonus from the pharmacy. But the pharmacy people here absolutely refuse to honor it. Month after month after month. Each time they do that I talk to a store manager, usually wasting a lot of time in the process. The store manager usually says they will talk to the pharmacy people and get the problem fixed. But of course the same thing happens the next month. I'm still giving 5 stars here just because the store personnel are so cool and make up for the poor and extremely rude service from the pharmacy. read more

Walgreens - Why won't the pharmacy at the Inglewood store honor the offers that Walgreens has us chase after? - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Inglewood, California

I love this pharmacy because they are very fast and efficient. I've never waited any longer than a couple minutes in line. Even when I haven't called prior to have my rx ready, it's still a very short wait to get your stuff right then and there. I stopped going to cvs for my rxs once I noticed the difference in speed and customer service. However, they have a drive thru pharmacy that is always closed. The hours are listed in the window that it is open until 9, but this has been the 4th time I've gone and it's been closed between 6:30pm and 8:00pm. Overall I do prefer this pharmacy as my #1 go-to. They just need to establish a clerk at the drive thru window, or not advertise that feature. read more

Buyer beware. The cash register is charging 5.00 CRV for sodas instead of 5 cents. I was overcharged 15.00 for three soda. I purchased three sodas and 6 boxes of tissue. Total was 27.00. I went to this location to purchase a couple of soft drinks. A couple of customers ahead of me took a little long to make their purchase. When my turn came up, the cashier asked me did I want to enter my phone number for the membership. I reluctantly agreed, thinking I already had my information registered. I entered my phone number and she asked me for my email. Anyways, when the information came up on the screen, it was incorrect and I hit the no button. I told the cashier that the information was incorrect and that I didn't want to hold up the line. I offered to just pay for my items and do this at another time. She insisted that I confirm my information on the screen, which I believe I did twice. She would not let me proceed with the purchase. So, I ended up leaving without making a purchase out of frustration. Walgreens need to either make this process easier where you can immediately opt out or provide better training to employees. She made it seem that the purchase could not proceed without going through the registration process. I can't believe they would rather lose a purchase over a silly membership registration process. read more
