This Walgreens is literally right across the street from my house so it's very convenient, and to me they are always stocked up on everything. The downfall here is the speed of the service as well as the lack of employees throughout the store. The lines always take FOREVER and if you are looking to get help in the aisles good luck. Worst experience in a Walgreens. Glad I don't live near here. I went in for ONE thing and this lady comes from the photo department to check people out. There was a lady in front of me and she didn't say hello to her and had her out her cash on the counter. She didn't say thank you to anything. When it was my turn, I didn't get a greeting or told the amount. She gave me my change and receipt on the counter. I said thank you and she said mm hmm and walked away. I always receive excellent service at this location. I despise the location on Century in Inglewood. Today, at this location Luis and Deago helped me and they were excellent and fast. Whenever I am at the Century location. I would ask for help and they stare at you, have an attitude and throw my photos at me. Luis and Deago were very pleasant, nice and Deigo was psychic with knowing everything I wanted and getting it before I asked. They were young. Young people are very disrespectful and rude. I ordered a pick-up super last minute, and I think it was confirmed at 8:39 pm. (the store closes at 10 pm). I was waiting for a confirmation (packed order) that didn't come before the Mr got there. My daughter and I purchased a SIM card for a new phone that she received at no time were we told that it was non-returnable if unopened it said it nowhere on the receipt that it was nonrefundable. The only reason we purchased it here is because target was closed at target it's $4.99 at Walgreens it was Almost $12. If we had been told by the cashier who could clearly see on the screen that this was a nonrefundable purchase, we would've just waited till later in the day and purchased it from Target now I'm stuck with a product that they refuse to refund or even give store credit for product that has not been open and or used so I won't be shopping at Walgreens anymore. read more

Her attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and she made us feel unwelcome when we rang the bell for assistance. Instead of helping, she questioned why we needed assistance in the first place. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable and tarnished our visit to Walgreens. She went out of her way to make the experience completely unpleasant. Not responsive to my questions, doesn't know the pharmacy hours, didn't check that she charged me wrong and said I was wrong for not putting in my number, which I had. Ehhhh. Came to pick up pictures that were ordered and paid for online. There was a line at the photo department. In talking with the woman ahead of me, I learned that it's because nobody was working it. She said they had the employee paged twice. Long story short, customer service was a bit of a mess. I just had to pickup pre-paid pictures and I stood there for 15-20 minutes. Then he had to find them. I came to this Walgreens to have my daughter vaccinated who is younger than 15 years old. We were the first ones there, filled out paperwork and waited for the pharmacy technician. I'm not sure if the person just returned from lunch but by the time she got there there were other customers waiting for the vaccine as well. I was already growing impatient because we were waiting with a person not wearing a mask that looked like they were not feeling well. Not one pharmacist or employee told them to wear their mask or offered one. To make matters worst, the technician proceeded to take someone that came after us. When I brought this to her attention she told me "It's a process." I thought the process was first come first serve?...seriously, put yourself in the customers shoes. I walked in to purchase something in the allergy section. The 2 employees working the front had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills at all. Barely functioning, no smile. This Walgreen's really sucks, you order online for curbside pick up and no one EVER comes out to give you your stuff. This pharmacy location is pure trash. They had my prescription for an hour. Doctor sent it over before I left my visit and it took me an hour to get to Walgreens. When I pulled into the drive thru they asked me to wait until they could help me. I sat there for 15 minutes of seeing no one in the line on the inside. Then I see a customer walk up and be helped immediately. She grabbed his prescriptions then took his payment and he was done. At this point I decided to push the button again. Received the same response. Then 5 minutes later (a total of 20) a rude woman comes to the microphone and tells me that they just got my prescription and that it would take 45 minutes to fill. At this point they've actually had my prescription for an hour and 20 minutes. So I go inside. I asked another employee to simply let me know when the prescription would be ready as I'd be sitting there waiting for it. And the nasty woman from the drive thru says "I just told him it would take 45 minutes". Ma'am respectfully, I'm done talking to you. I'm sick and I'm not driving home to turn right back around and come up here in LA rush hour. The customer service and tone especially to people who are ill is disgusting. A lot of the employees act like robots. I wonder if it's the mRNA? Many stores in the area are hiring folks that are barely functioning. Forget about picking up orders quickly, they routinely misplace ship-to-store orders and they have a standard response even if you've already received the ready for pickup email , "it's not here, contact FedEx" I arrived after the store sent an email that my order has arrived and it's ready for pickup but the staff don't seem to understand or remember where the orders are located... IF you are just buying a few items in store I guess they can handle that but anything that requires a thought process or the employees need to use their brain a little more than just scanning items, bag it up and pay, give a receipt, they will barely be able to complete the task. read more

Generally, this Walgreens is situated in a good and easily accessible location, the store set up is easy for shopping and the cashiers on the retail side are super efficient.... BUT.... The pharmacy is not as good as it once was. They have a revolving door of pharmacists, who don't care about the customers and feel they are high and mightier than the doctors who write the prescriptions. Another great experience at this store, and a big shout out to Guerline. I think she's a night shift manager and she made sure things kept moving when a rather long line formed at the register. Thanks for moving things along Guerline! So the store gets another A+ from me. But what's wrong with the Pharmacy at this store? It's a disaster. Once a month (the 1st Tuesday of each month) Walgreens has what they call Seniors Day- 20% off for seniors plus a small Walgreens Cash Rewards bonus from the pharmacy. But the pharmacy people here absolutely refuse to honor it. Month after month after month. Each time they do that I talk to a store manager, usually wasting a lot of time in the process. The store manager usually says they will talk to the pharmacy people and get the problem fixed. But of course the same thing happens the next month. I love this pharmacy because they are very fast and efficient. I've never waited any longer than a couple minutes in line. Even when I haven't called prior to have my rx ready, it's still a very short wait to get your stuff right then and there. I stopped going to cvs for my rxs once I noticed the difference in speed and customer service. However, they have a drive thru pharmacy that is always closed. The hours are listed in the window that it is open until 9, but this has been the 4th time I've gone and it's been closed between 6:30pm and 8:00pm. Overall I do prefer this pharmacy as my #1 go-to. They just need to establish a clerk at the drive thru window, or not advertise that feature. read more

I went to this location to purchase a couple of soft drinks. A couple of customers ahead of me took a little long to make their purchase. When my turn came up, the cashier asked me did I want to enter my phone number for the membership. I reluctantly agreed, thinking I already had my information registered. I entered my phone number and she asked me for my email. Anyways, when the information came up on the screen, it was incorrect and I hit the no button. I told the cashier that the information was incorrect and that I didn't want to hold up the line. I offered to just pay for my items and do this at another time. She insisted that I confirm my information on the screen, which I believe I did twice. She would not let me proceed with the purchase. So, I ended up leaving without making a purchase out of frustration. Walgreens need to either make this process easier where you can immediately opt out or provide better training to employees. She made it seem that the purchase could not proceed without going through the registration process. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Over 3 weeks ago I dropped off some film photos to develop and the guy said I can just call the store to check and see if my photos are ready. I called around the 2 weeks mark but it's always so hard to get a hold of the photo department. So i stopped by in person to check and the girl gave me attitude bc I didn't get a notification they were ready yet (mind you I've dropped off pictures before and didn't get a notification last time either) and proceeded to say along the lines of "idk idk when they'll be ready idk you can check again tomorrow when management is in". Well today (over a week later) I decided to call before wasting my time going in again. I politely asked the guy if they were ready and he said yes but was very rude and sounded bothered by my calling to ask. I said "okay thank you I'll be in later for pickup" in which he proceeded to slam the receiver down while I was still on the line without another word. When I stopped by to pick up one hour later, I informed the lady helping me of his attitude and she said oh, it's because we were slammed earlier....okay and ? That's not a good excuse. I called the store before going in first bc they couldn't give me a timeline beforehand when i stopped by not because I want to waste an employees time. And as someone who used to work in a grocery store during Covid I understand it can be tough working in customer service but they're all SO unnecessarily rude at this location and appear to hate their jobs.
