Pharmacy fails to fill medications timely and does nothing proactive to assist patients.

All the big stores were out of Children's Moltrin , but Walgreens came through in the clutch! I ordered online at 8:55pm and it was ready a few minutes later!! I arrived went inside were I was able 5o pick up my order . The store was clean , the workers were polite too. Easy transaction. read more

Checked in for my vaccine appointment with the QR code and was told that they would call me up for my appointment. Waited half an hour had to leave to make another appointment so walked up to the counter to inform the staff I could not make my appointment. Only then was I informed after waiting in the vaccine area for half an hour that you have to check in with the counter and they are not alerted when you check in through the QR code. No indication on the sign with the QR code to do this. Even said on sign to walk up for meds but to scan it for vaccine appointments. Not one staff who was there noticed I had been waiting there and alerted me that I needed to check in. Will not be returning for a rescheduled appointment. Elsewhere sounds better. read more

Don't submit online photos expecting to get them same day as they advertise. Call first as pictures I submitted last night were not even printed by 6pm today. Also, the cashier did not know how to give me my senior discount or even which products to apply it to‍. Bad day for Walgreens. read more

I'd give it no rating if I could. I went in yesterday using my insurance card in which I've been given a list of the specific items I could purchase approved by Medicaid. When I'm reaching to get my products this older African American lady stocking the products, looks at me and says you won't be able to purchase anything even if you have the card. I told her I'm selecting the items I know are approved cause I have the list in my hand. She continues talking to this other employee blocking the way of all the customers.... I proceeded to check out & I verified with the cashier (an elder lady) regarding the statement the stocker said, she greeted me very kindly & apologized on her behalf, I had no problems checking out with her. So far the pharmacy has been helpful...I have special circumstances, where my trusted Dr's office is located in Austin, and I live in Houston. I called the pharmacy (after calling 16 pharmacies) to check if they carried my script (everyone is out of stock) and the very pleasant young woman on the phone was eager to help and answer my questions. They have my script in stock, so, I'm just waiting for it to be filled. Wow!! The pharmacist just refused to fill my script. Peter Patel, I'm still not sure why you refused to fill my prescription, after I spoke with the Kroger Pharmacy, they are unsure why you didn't fill it either...my script is on record, which you were looking at. I hope you weren't judging me based on my Rx. Thank you for waiting until 5:38pm to inform me of this, considering my Dr's office closes at 5:30pm. Also, you did not need to state that "no one will fill my prescription"...it has been filled every month for the last several years. I always come to this location, usually fast but tonight... I waited on drive-thru 30 mins before I was helped then the wait is another 30 mins. Hopefully it won't take that long. Cashiers and pharmacy is normally fast, and nice. Clean, friendly establishment, wish they were 24 hrs. read more

Store sucks. Acted like I was trying to scam them because I was making a return. Asked to scan my ID to process the return because it was "over $40." The product was unopened, within the 30 day range, I had the receipt as well as the card I purchased it with. I had everything necessary to process the return just realized it was the wrong item. The man behind the counter asked to scan my ID over $40 because he assumed I was doing something fraudulent. I will be reporting him and this store to corporate for profiling. read more

This is my go-to drug store in the area. It's close and the pharmacy is pretty darned quick when it comes to filling prescriptions. I rarely, if ever, have to wait over an hour to get my scrips filled. The staff here are usually very courteous and available to help. We also get our photos processed here, when we need it. After any holiday, they usually have a lot of great sales on Holiday items. Great bargains! We will be returning. read more

The store is very clean. Here is very organized and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. I still don't understand what you do to redeem points but I will keep looking into it. The staff was very kind and professional. The parking lot and side walks had some trash but no cigarette butts. It has everything a convenient store needs plus it has a pharmacy. I like the bushes outside I'm the parking lot. The parking lot is also huge, so you will never have trouble finding a good parking space. If you ever have an issue with the store you can also call a number on the back of the receipt and possibly win $3000. It's also right next to a Walgreens and a gas station and a grocery store if you need anything else, it's in a great location plus it's open til 10pm. read more

I had one of the worst experience at this location out of all the Walgreens I've been to. If I can give this a zero star, I definitely will. Recap: I really, REALLY wanted to do the latest razor deal on their ad running 3/26/17 - 4/1/17 in which if you purchase $20 worth of razors, you will get $10 Register Reward back for your next purchase. Plus, the razors are on sale Buy One, get one 50% off. I got: 4 razors (3 packs of Schicks Quattro for women & 1 pack of Men's Schicks...3, I believe. I don't remember the Men's razors). I also got 2 Purex Crystals fabric booster something for my mom. The Purex is on sale for $1.99 each. Initially, I was going to get 2 men's and 2 women's razors so I brought with me 2 coupons for each but, when I got 3 women's and 1 men's, I accidentally gave the wrong coupon. I asked if they could wait for me to run to my car to get the correct coupons. I took in the entire coupon insert because I didn't want to mess up with giving them the wrong coupon again. There was a middle age, heavy set man by the name of Michael (shift manager at the time) and a younger cashier girl who was about to go on her lunch break. Initially this Michael person was polite enough but then he started making accusation that I was passing off a high dollar coupon (referring to a $5 off TWO Schick razor coupon) for items that cost $1.99 in front of all the customers. That was when I lost my cool and started arguing with him. I told him the coupon was five dollars off of TWO razors packs while I got four packs AND that $1.99 he's said I was trying to pass the coupon to was the Purex. The razors alone were over $20 combined even if, individually, they show $6.99. He and I got into a debate in front of everyone at the store and he flat out say, "Ma'am, get out and take your business across the street." I even told him, for someone who's in customer service, he has no idea how to service his customer. He's arguing with his customer in front of his other customers. He even refused to give me his last name and also refused to give me the store manager's contact information saying I don't need to know those details. Prior to leaving, I suggested he gets sensitivity training. All I wanted was to ask them which coupon would work for the items and it turned into an argument. I filed a complaint with Corporate. I hope to hear back from them soon. I really hope the District Manager sees this review. That Michael person needs to have customer service training as a requirement in his performance evaluation! read more

Our first visit to this one location. Upon arrival, noticed the cashier seem not having a good day. She had a frown and appears indifferent and not happy. I ask her if someone can help me in the photo department and rudely page for someone. I asked the photo lady if the checkout lady is always "appears indifferent and rude." The photo lady told me, "that is how she is all the time." No expression of any positive and happiness. When we were checking out, all of our stuff was in the store carrier. She somehow left one item out and we had to pay that one item separately. When we got home, we found out that one gel pen was not in our plastic bag. It was missing. I know I saw her scanning it because she had difficulty with the scanner. We didn't have our receipt and not worth the trip to return to the store. The checkout clerk didn't seem to be excited to be at work and enjoy her job. No smiles on her and it seem this is "normal" for her to be indifferent and sad and upset at the world. When she finish checking out, she didn't greet us, "have a good day". Notice she doesn't even welcome entering customers. read more

Okay, So I was laid off on April17,2020. So I lost my insurance on 04/30/2020. Well, I got a UTI in May. The worst thing ever, never had it this bad. So, Hey DR Good Rx has a program that you can pay $30.00 to have a virtual visit . The Dr. stated that I had a UTI. They sent my prescription to another Walgreens but every time I tried to call they'd put me on hold but keep in mind I was in pain. I just wanted to check to see if they received my prescription. I never got anyone. So, I got the Dr. to send it to this Walgreens. A very king lady name Mrs. Alma answered the phone. OMG! She found the prescription and recommend AZO Max Strength. She saved my life because I hadn't had sleep since the day before because the frequent urination and pain. I just wanted to thank her for her kindness, patience and awesome Customer Service. I will send all my prescription to your pharmacy for now on I usually go to Walmart. read more
